We adopted Pepper last year, and she's afraid of most people. Ella didn't rush her. She sat on the kitchen floor during their first meeting and let Pepper come to her. By the end of the week, Pepper was following her from room to room. Ella also covered for us on two days' notice when my husband's mother went into the hospital. She said yes, asked for the door code, and handled the rest.

Our dog Rosie is 14. She has arthritis and takes two medications, one with breakfast and one at night. I was nervous about leaving her with anyone. Before our trip, Ella came over to meet Rosie and asked about her routine, which steps she can't manage, and what signs would mean she needed a vet. She carried Rosie down the back steps every time she went out and kept a written log of her meals and pills. Rosie was calm and comfortable the whole time we were away. We'll use Ella again next time we travel.

We were gone for ten days in June, and Ella stayed at our house with our two dogs, Juno and Bear. She sent a photo and a short update every evening. She brought in the mail, watered the porch plants, and kept both dogs on their normal feeding schedule. Bear gets into the trash if you give him the chance, so we asked her to keep the lid weighted down, and she did. The house was cleaner when we got home than when we left. We've already booked her for November.

Ella did an amazing job keeping me updated as she pet sat! Never worried if my lil Auggie bear was stimulated or happy. I would welcome her into my home anytime!

Ella Morgan watched my cat for me while i was out of town for a week. She did an exceptional job, kept his (my male cat) living space clean and tidy and provided lots of care and affection for him.

Ella is absolutely amazing with dogs — and I mean that for every stage of life. She cared for our elderly dogs with the extra patience and attention they need, and at the same time kept up with the energy and demands of our puppy, including sticking to our feeding and training schedule without missing a beat. It is rare to find someone who can handle both ends of the spectrum so naturally. Our older dogs were comfortable and well looked after, and our puppy was played with, engaged, and kept on track. As a dog mom, that peace of mind is everything. We trust Ella completely and will absolutely be booking her again. If you have dogs of any age and want someone who will treat them like her own, she is your person.
