In my home, I make sure pets have a calm, clean space to relax, play, and feel secure. I follow their usual schedule as closely as possible—this includes feeding times, walks, playtime, and any special care instructions like medications or crate training. I also make sure they get plenty of attention, affection, and exercise. In a client’s home, I respect both the pet’s routine and the household rules. I keep things consistent by maintaining the pet’s feeding, potty, walk, and play schedules just as their owners do. I also provide updates and photos to help clients feel connected and reassured while they’re away. I treat every home with care and professionalism, and every animal like they’re part of my own family. My goal is always to keep pets happy, healthy, and comfortable—wherever they are.

It’s important for me to know their daily routine—feeding schedule, potty habits, walk preferences, and any medications they may need. I also ask about their energy level, favorite activities, and any quirks or behaviors to be aware of (like nervousness around other dogs, separation anxiety, or chewing habits). Basically, the more I know ahead of time, the more comfortable and confident your pet will feel while you’re away. My goal is to keep their routine as normal and stress-free as possible!

ella has been my best friend for over 10 years , she is absolutely amazing with taking care of my 4 dogs! she even knows how to handle my wild blue heeler which is very hard to do for some people but not ella . i highly recommend ella, she is very loving and caring for my dogs
Ella has been my bestfriend for 3 years and if there's one thing i know, it's that she will always care for any animal she finds. She has always taken in cats or dogs in need, or ones she's found on the road. If she sees an animal that needs help, there's no stopping her. She even cares for her fish like they are bestfriends that will grow old together. She absolutely loves pets and almost any moment i see her with an animal, she's cuddled up with it and ready for bed. she is such a gentle human when it comes to pets, especially dogs and cats with anxiety. i've never seen anyone's pet dislike her, she truly is amazing with animals.
