Hi! My name is Ella, and I am passionate about animals and love spending time with them in any way possible! I have been a pet owner all my life and have had tons of experience working with animals in various capacities. I am an Animal Science graduate from UC Davis and am eager to work with and learn about all kinds of animals. I currently work at a veterinary hospital, volunteer as a medical assistant and adoption counselor for animal shelters, and provide on demand dog walking services. I have fostered cats and kittens for almost a decade and am well versed in cat behavior, personalities, and any special needs. I am also an experienced pet sitter and dog walker and I am confident with all sorts of pet species, ages, and behavioral or medical needs. I have met so many animals while on Rover and always feel like I’ve made a new friend by the end of the sitting, and miss them when I leave! I have a great love for animals and I understand the importance of our pets safety and happiness. I am devoted creating a positive experience for your pet in any service I provide. I look forward to meeting you and caring for your pet!

I will diligently follow any instructions or preferences you provide for your animal. I will be providing sitting services only, during which I will prioritize giving your pet the exercise, attention, and TLC that they deserve! While staying in your home, I am always clean and respectful, and leave your space the way I found it. I am always responsible and careful with the security of your home and the safety of your animals. I will also perform any household tasks that need to be done while you are gone. Also, I am fully vaccinated.

Ella has done an outstanding job as a dog sitter for our JRT, Sydney. She is on time, conscientious (especially with Syd's complicated medication needs), and checks in frequently. Best of all, she takes amazing photos, which help ease separation anxiety.

ELLA IS A FANTASTIC DOG SITTER! OUR TWO GOLDENS CLEARLY LOVED HER AND THEY TOTALLY BONDED AFTER JUST ONE STAY. SHE WAS SUPER EASY TO WORK WITH AND WAS COMMUNICATIVE. THE GIRLS WERE BRUSHED AND HAPPY WHEN WE GOT HOME. LOOKING FORWARD TO HER NEXT STAY.

I work part-time so I will have plenty of time to care for your pet! I usually have Mondays and Tuesdays blocked off as work days, however I am still able to care for your pet in the morning, during lunch, and in the evening/overnight on those days. I plan to spend as much time with your pet as possible, whether that be through walks, playing, or just hanging out together. It’s always helpful to know what your pet is used to in their daily life so I can make sure their time with me is fun and comfortable.

- When you message me or when we meet it is very helpful to hear about your dog’s needs. I would like to know you their energy level and if there is anything I should avoid on walks.
