Ella went above and beyond while taking care of our dog. She sent us updates throughout our trip and gave us peace of mind. Ella went above and beyond in caring for our animals. Despite a miscommunication about the duration of pet care needed, she was incredibly accommodating and worked out a schedule that served us perfectly. We really appreciated her flexibility. We also had an issue with our garage door not opening, and Ella graciously went back and forth multiple times to check on the animals. Her commitment and kindness made all the difference. We highly recommend her!
