While pet sitting, I prefer to proactively communicate with my clients. I text you when I arrive at the house and give a status update, reassuring you that everything is in order and your pets are doing well. I recognize the needs of your pet and respond accordingly. I'm patient and calm with those that are withdrawn or scared. I understand that many animals are sensitive to change and may be missing their people when I first arrive; so I make sure to maintain their schedule as much as possible. My goal is to provide seamless, loving care for your pet - ensuring their routines remain as normal and as consistent as they would be if your were home with them. I allow them as much time as they need to warm up and begin to trust me. When they feel comfortable, I like to send pictures to let you know how they're doing, all the while keeping your home clean and tidy.
