Hi, my name's Ella and I love pets!
Hi! I recently graduated from UConn with a degree in Animal Science, and I’m currently on the pre-vet track with plans to attend veterinary school. I have a strong background in animal care, including working as a veterinary technician for two summers and spending time working on a barn last year. I’ve also grown up with my own dog and have extensive experience pet sitting and dog walking for neighbors, and friends. I am able to offer dog walking, drop-in visits, and pet sitting. I understand the importance of making sure that pets stay active, happy, and comfortable while their owners are away. Right now, I have a very flexible schedule and am available most days and times, except Sundays. As the summer goes on, I plan to work part-time, but I’ll still have plenty of availability to dedicate quality time and attention to your pets. I truly love working with animals and am very passionate about ensuring that they are safe and comfortable.

I’m very attentive to each pet’s individual needs, whether in my home or a client’s home. I make sure pets are fed on schedule, always have fresh water, and get plenty of time outside, exercise, and play. I also prioritize giving them attention and companionship so they feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away. I understand that every pet is different, especially senior pets who may require extra care or specific routines. I’m happy to follow detailed instructions, including medications, feeding schedules, or any special needs, to make sure your pet stays healthy, and safe.

Ella loves animals, especially dogs. She is a very responsible person. Ella follows the instructions left out when looking after a pet. Whether is the the amount of food to give, water and medication. She ensures that the dog gets out to walk or take a break. Ella likes to interact and play with dogs. She is very affectionate with them.
