As I’m currently finishing my degree and don’t have university in person, my pet sitting schedule is flexible and I can work around what’s best for you and your pets!

Safety, trust & environment
When pet sitting in your home, I will care for your cat however you feel is best. Ultimately, you know them better than anyone, and you know what is going to make them feel the most comfortable while you’re away. My main priority is that your pets feel safe and cared for, and that you feel reassured that they’re in good hands. I will of course provide the basic services such as feeding, administrating medication (if required) and playing with your pet, but I would also be more than happy to do anything else you think would benefit your pet while you’re away!
Information Ella C. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know if your cat has any special needs I should know about beforehand (for example long term medical issues, their temperament or any personality quirks you think might be relevant!). This will allow me to take these things into consideration and give your cat the best personalised care possible.
A typical day
If you feel this is what they’d enjoy, I will play with your cats to ensure they aren’t under-stimulated while you’re away. Similarly, I am aware that some cats are easily overstimulated, so please let me know if your cat would rather have some space and come to me when they want attention or to be played with. I have very good knowledge of cats body language, but knowing your pets personality before hand will help me to tailor the activities of my visit to them.

Cat care experience
Ever since I was a very young child I have loved cats, and have had cats of my own since I was 8. Taking care of them gives me great joy, and I have close bonds with both of my cats. When I’m home from university, I work at a local cattery, where I am responsible for feeding the cats, cleaning their pens and ensuring their general well-being, as well as giving them lots of fuss! I find my job very rewarding, which is why I am looking to extend my skills into cat sitting, a job which I believe my experience from work would make me well equipped to do. I have experience dealing with cats of all kinds of temperaments, from painstakingly shy to aggressive, and I feel confident in dealing with whatever a cat could throw at me. I also have experience in administering medications in food and water, as well as some types of oral medications, so I would be more than happy to provide this service if your car required it.
