I have taken care of cats in many households, of all ages and temperaments. I have been the regular sitter for a three cat household, so I am well accustomed to the fur, chaos, and scratches that can come with a kitty experiencing a new human. I am a grad student, which means that my schedule is more flexible than a traditional 9-5, and I can provide some extra love to your Velcro cat, or be able to dedicate extra playtime for your high-energy kitten.

I believe in animal-led relationships, where I read their body language to know how to approach them. Does the dog choose to jump up on me on arrival? This means that helping them use up energy and keeping structured routines will be my approach. Does the cat hide under the bed and hiss? This means that I will make sure that they have the access to food, water, and litter and I will not smother them in their space, but allow them to say hello when they’re ready. Every pet is different, so the most important thing to keep consistent is that I have their best interests as my priority!

Elizabeth did a superior job coming over daily to feed and provide company for my kitty. She is an excellent communicator, followed my instructions "to the letter," sent photos and updates, and socialized with the cat every day. Elizabeth will do a great job for you. She did for me!!

Elizabeth always gives my cats so much love and care and is one of the few that I truly trust to look after them whenever I travel. She pays incredible attention to detail and is willing to go above and beyond to make sure they're comfortable and have everything they need.

Schedule
I am a graduate student, so my weekdays are more flexible than a typical office job. My standing commitments on campus usually are a few hours at most, which allows me to be able to come check on pets more regularly.
