I like to help create calm by sticking to their routine. They should be fed on their regular schedule, dogs should be walked and given potty breaks on the schedule they are used to, play and cuddles should be abundant and documentation and communication should be consistent. Litterboxes and food dishes should be kept clean and well maintained. All of this should work together to ensure that pets and pet-parents are all calm and happy while parents are away.

I volunteered at the Tuolumne County SPCA with my grandparents from the time I was a child until my Grandpa passed away a couple of years ago. I cared for kittens who had lost their mothers, elder dogs and cats who had lost their pet parents, and everything in between. I have participated in volunteer adoption events, and helped many pets find their furever homes. Beyond that, I am a life long dog and cat mom and animal lover. I will have puppies and kittens to seniors well cared for and comfortable.

Elizabeth is truly wonderful with pets. My dogs are completely besides their selves when she comes to the door. They are all full of waggles and woo-woos so much it is hard for me to have a turn at saying "hello." As for CATS, oh my gosh! She is THE CAT WHISPERER. She truly has a connection with them. We went walking and cats came out to say "hi" to her. They just kind of "know" when a sympatico spirit is amongst them. She is also experienced with horses and other animals. You can truly put your trust in Elizabeth.
Elizabeth is one of the most compassionate and loving people I know! She loves animals and takes impeccable care of them. She had a dog in old age and nursed him like she would a family member, which he was. She is very gentle and animals are drawn to her kind and calming energy. She is also extremely detail oriented, making her an excellent choice as pet sitter. I cannot recommend her enough!
Elizabeth would make an amazing pet sitter - treating your pet with as much love as she treats her own. She loves all animals, and the cats and dogs she is around know that. They come right to her and are immediately comfortable with her. I have known Elizabeth for years and I know you and your pets will take to her immediately.
Elizabeth is Always so crazy sweet with our cat, Menina, I would hire her 1000 times more. She is very conscientious, kind and an very experienced cat mama.
