Having my own cat, I always cat-proof my home to ensure that my cat is safe whether I am home or not. Before leaving the house, I always ensure my cat has enough food and fresh water. I would not only do this at your home, but I would also leave it better than I found it, treating your home as your sacred space that deserves respect, privacy, and cleanliness.

So your pets take any medications? Do they have any prior or current health concerns I should be aware of? I like know a bit about their personalities, quirks, and any daily tasks that may be difficult for them (i.e. anxiety around eating, how you mediate that).
A typical day
Morning cuddles and emotional nourishment, outdoor play and exploration time, ample amount of outdoor exercise to keep their bodies and minds healthy, and lots of toys and words of affirmation!

Pet care experience
I grew up with dogs of my own and have dog-sat for several friends and employers. I find dog-walking very meditative, and the personality of dogs can really come alive outdoors. I’m very attentive to energy levels, food/water intake, and of course, play time!
