I am a stay at home mom, so I am available most of the time from home any given week. I have 2 children, aged 5 and 3, and they would love to help care for and love on a doggy.

I have a large, unfenced yard in a quiet, safe, and dog friendly neighborhood. Our dog Max was always free to run around the yard without any issues. Dogs are allowed inside, on our furniture and I still have Max’s dog bed for use as well. I am also happy to pop in by your house to walk your dog if that’s needed.

Please let me know any behavioral issues, anxiety, quirks, fears, issues with being left alone for any amount of time. Our dog dealt with separation anxiety, so I am familiar with making some accommodations when leaving for short periods of time. Anything that would make things easier to care for your dog, please discuss with me. Because I have young children, it is imperative that your dog be comfortable and safe with children.

Me and my children would love to take dogs for walks, play fetch, play with toys, and snuggle with your dog. These are all the things we would do with our dog, Max when he was still with us.

I am a huge dog lover. I love all kinds of dogs and have grown up with all different kinds of dogs of varying size and temperment. My family has had 2 havanese dogs and 2 newfoundlands so I have experience with a variety of sizes. Recently, I lost my soul dog, Max. Max was a shepherd mix and was my whole world. My husband and I had Max since he was a puppy and are looking to get our dog fix by helping out others. We understand the stress finding care for your dog can create, and we would love to help provide a safe and fun environment for your dog when you need it. We have a large yard (unfenced) and safe neighborhood for walks. We also have 2 children, aged 5 and 3.

Elizabeth and her family were wonderful with my dog! She sent great updates and he seemed a total part of the family while he was there. She had excellent communication and I’d be more than happy for her to have my dog anytime!
Such a great host family for our dog! She got loads of attention and exercise while she was there. Definitely returning and recommend highly.
