Here for fresh air and fur babies
As a former teacher turned SAHP, caretaking is my specialty. Our 2 rescue dogs, who we adored, a lab and a hound dog, both passed away a few years ago. Although the household is not ready for a new pet full-time, we'd love to love on yours. In further pet watching experience, I've worked formally as a dog walker for two different companies during summer break. I also have dog sat for multiple associates including 5 months with a diabetic lab who needed regular insulin shots.

Elizabeth was amazing with Sofia who required extra TLC this time due to an illness. Liz picked up her meds and provided daily updates. I was on a cruise and had limited connectiob. Liz and her fam were amazing in ensuring Sofia was well taken care of with what she needed to get better and put me on ease.
Always a happy to have my dog stay with Elizabeth and her family! She takes great care of him and keeps me updated on how he’s doing (including photos on his walks and her kids playing with him ☺️). Super communicative and laid back.
Elizabeth and her family took AMAZING care of our dog, Macy. We were able to rest easy on our trip knowing that Macy was getting lots of love! We are very grateful for Elizabeth and hope she can watch Macy again in the future.

Schedule
Because I'm a full-time mom with a preschooler, we tend to be around much of the day or an outdoor adventures where we can bring our furry friends. My husband also works from home at least once a week as well. If your dog is on a strict time schedule for walks, we’re not the right choice for you. If your dog can be taken out and then walked/ taken to the dog park in a larger window, we’ll get all the walks in and be a good fit!

I have an unfenced yard where we can enjoy the fresh air and I live in Del Ray so there's a ton of walkability around the neighborhood. We can go to the dog park or throw a ball by request. I'm happy to accommodate crates.
A typical day
The only constants in our house are lots of fresh air and walking. I would tailor a plan for your dog to the personality and needs of the dog.
