Safety, trust & environment
Safety isn't just a checklist—it’s the foundation of everything I do. Whether I’m visiting your cat or dog, I apply my professional training background to ensure a low-stress, high-security environment. In Your Home: I maintain your pet’s routine to keep anxiety low. For cat visits and puppy pop-ins, I ensure all doors and gates are secure, food/water is fresh, and your home is left exactly as I found it. On the Lead: I use modern, force-free equipment and keep a watchful eye on body language. I choose walking environments that suit your dog’s temperament—avoiding over-stimulating areas for nervous pups and finding the best sniff-spots for the energetic ones. Travel & Transport: Your pets are transported safely and comfortably, with climate control and secure restraints as a priority. Health & Hygiene: I use eco-friendly waste bags and ensure all equipment is cleaned regularly to prevent the spread of germs. Emergency Ready: Fully insured and trained to spot the subtle signs of heat stress or anxiety before they become a problem.
Information Elizabeth S. would like to know about your pet
To ensure your pet has the best possible experience, it’s really helpful for me to know a few things upfront: Motivations: Does your dog live for cheese, or are they more of a 'tennis ball' fanatic? Sensitivities: Are there certain things (bikes, other dogs, loud noises) that make them feel a bit unsure? Knowing their triggers helps me keep them happy. Health & Habits: Any allergies, recent jabs, or 'quirky' habits I should look out for? The Basics: Are they allowed off-lead, and how is their recall currently?
A typical day
A typical day with me is a mix of structure, sniffing, and plenty of positive reinforcement. Once I’ve collected my four-legged friend, we head to one of our favorite local spots—whether it’s the Emsworth foreshore or a quiet wooded trail near Havant. Each walk includes dedicated 'focus time' where we work on engagement and manners, followed by 'decompression time' to explore.

Pet care experience
Hi I'm Liz and I bring structure, safety, and a genuine love of animals to every walk. I am currently studying for my professional dog training accreditation, balancing my passion for canine behavior with the equally busy job of raising a toddler! With over 20 years of experience—ranging from Staffies to Shepherds—I understand that every dog is an individual. Whether it’s a structured group walk, a 1-2-1 training session, or looking after your pet cats (a service I’ve proudly provided for over a decade), your pets are in safe, loving, and highly capable hands.
