Pets are family so deserve the Best
I've been a dog mum since 2008 and was walking dogs in my teens. My Jack russell lived to the grand old age of 16. She was diagnosed with epilepsy at the age of 11 and was on medication for the last 2 years of her life so I know how important it is to give the prescribed medication at the appropriate times. I had her from a puppy so i have experience with basic puppy training aswell as the care needed for senior dogs. I've also looked after and lived with a dog that was deaf, blind, had dementia and kidney disease. So i understand how important it is to adapt the house, walks and care to suit there needs. I am confident in looking after and walking dogs of a variety of sizes, breeds and ages, ncluding the ones that need the extra special care and attention. I've looked after a few dogs at my house over the past few months and all have made themselves very much at home as they have been treated as if they are my own, as i know how much trust it takes to leave them with someone else. I always give updates with photos and videos of their fur babies putting owners at ease. All owners have been extremely happy and have frequently repeat booked.

Elizabeth is such a fantastic dog sitter! She was ideal for my elderly dog, Ruby. I am really glad I found her. She was looking after Ruby for 4 weeks (during this period there were 2 heatwaves). Ruby has the usual problems that come with age, including some kidney problems, needs to take medication and needs to feel safe and loved. Elizabeth provided such a safe and loving environment. She made sure that Ruby was comfortable throughout, cooked for her, made sure she took the medicine, stayed with her and made her feel at home. Elizabeth also set photos and messages every day and it was obvious that Ruby was very happy. Indeed, when I came to collect Ruby it was obvious that they had bonded and I am now looking for opportunities to have Ruby stay with Elizabeth more often. Right from the beginning I felt that Elizabeth was extremely good with elderly dogs (she has experience with them) and she is super responsible and responsive. I could trust her completely, which was a great relief. I feel really lucky to have found her. Ruby and I had never been separated for longer than 8 days, so this could have been a very difficult time, ut Ruby was so obviously happy and cared for. Thank you!
Really very happy with the care- the dogs loved staying with them. The dogs were walked on great adventures- they weren’t that excited about coming home.
Roxy did an excellent job caring for Flo. She kept me updated with photos. I recommend Roxy to anyone looking for a kind & reliable pet sitter. Will definitely use her again.
Roxy has been a fantastic choice when needing pet sitting services. Would highly recommend to anyone. Was anxious to leave my boys for a holiday as we've never left them before but Roxy made me feel so assured and comfortable that they would be in the best care possible. She kept in touch and sent us lots of updates and treated my boys as if they were her own. For any future pet sitting services she will be our 1st port of call. Thanks for everything Roxy.
I am lucky to share my life with a very spirited Jack Russell named Mole, who stays with Roxy when I go away. She treats him as her own and is completely at ease with his typical terrier ways. I am so grateful that I can fully trust her with him and not worry about him at all when he's with her. He's always delighted to see her and I can tell he's had a great time whenever he stays with her. Roxy is a real find and I fully and wholeheartedly recommend her services.

Schedule
I sometimes like to go away in my campervan but would be willing to take dogs away with me if owners are happy for them to have a holiday.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a 3 bedroom house with plenty of room downstairs and a fully enclosed tiered back garden with a patio area, grass and decking area up a few steps. I am able to block off the steps if dogs are unable to climb them and owners are not wanting them to go up and down. I will also follow your dogs routine with feeding times, walks, medication and rest so your dog feels relaxed, happy and content. Happy for the dogs to sit on sofa for cuddles and make themselves at home. Also DBS checked.
A typical day
It depends on the dog and if they have a routine or medication needing taking at certain times of the day. Otherwise my usual routine is getting up having breakfast and heading out for the day in the fresh air no matter what the weather man says. I have beaches, forest, park walks or road side walks accessible in my area either with jumping in the van or walking from the house.
