Safety, trust & environment
Whether it's extra couch time, structured walks, play sessions, or simply giving them space to warm up at their own pace, I adjust to what makes your dog feel most comfortable. I’m Pet CPR Certified and experienced with a range of needs, including administering medication, supporting senior dogs (yes, even diapers), and preparing meals for dogs with specific diets. My goal is to keep their routine as consistent and stress-free as possible while you’re away. Your peace of mind matters just as much as your dog’s comfort, so you decide how you’d like to stay in touch. Frequent updates, photos, quick check-ins, or a simple end-of-day summary - I’ll match whatever communication style makes you feel confident your dog is in good hands.
Information Elizabeth R. would like to know about your pet
The more I know, the better I can care for your dog. Helpful details include: - Energy level, favorite activities, and preferred toys - Any dietary needs, medications, or special care instructions - Anything that helps me understand their personality and preferences
A typical day
No two dogs are the same, so I build the day around your dog’s energy level, personality, and routine. That usually includes a mix of walks, outdoor time, play, and plenty of downtime to keep things balanced and low-stress. If your dog enjoys other dogs, I can bring George along for some supervised outdoor time. He’s calm, friendly, and tends to keep things relaxed, which works well for dogs who like company without chaos. If it's a good fit for your dog, I can include an outing for some extra exercise and a change of scenery. Dogs in my care stay leashed, and I keep a close eye on their environment so the experience stays safe and enjoyable.

Pet care experience
• Medication administration • Dietary restrictions • Elder care Safe extended exercise for high-energy dogs: • Extra-long walks • Trail hikes • Beach visits • Parks • Playdates Your dog is family- and when I’m with them, they’re my family too. I’ll do everything I can to make sure you and your furbaby feel happy and comfortable. I'm Pet CPR certified, and my background includes professional grooming and hands-on work at a birds of prey sanctuary - environments where you learn to read animal body language fast, stay calm under pressure, and earn trust on their terms, not yours. My own dog, George, is a 130-pound rescued Great Pyrenees and my best friend.

Reviews

Wonderful feedback, quick communication. Thank you and will use again!! 10/10.

Elizabeth is amazing. She’s extremely responsive, reliable, thoughtful, and great with dogs. She treated my Doberman as her own and they had an amazing time together. I felt very safe with her taking my son and very happy with her service. I highly recommend her!

Elizabeth was wonderful! She communicated with me each visit and made my kitty feel comfortable.

Elizabeth took such good care of our dog!! Would definitely recommend!
