I will take into consideration your dogs needs and behavior when walking - I will find a place that is safe and not stressful for your dog to enjoy time outside. I always keep dogs on-leash and bring first aid and supplies to keep them safe, cool and hydrated.

Let me know about any special needs, current/past injuries, activity level and behavioral concerns so that I can accommodate your pup properly. I prefer to meet pups before our first walk is scheduled if possible.
A typical day
I will pick up your dog and walk or drive them to an area where they can feel comfortable on leash and find lots of new scents. If they have a lot of energy they need to get out, I’ll walk them far or run them according to your preferences. I’ll keep you updated and send pictures of your pup enjoying their walk.

Pet care experience
I’ve been a pet mom for 15 years and have extensive experience walking dogs. I am athletic and a distance runner - I love to bring dogs on longer walks and run them if they need the exercise. I only ever use positive reinforcement with dogs and am comfortable walking/running dogs up to 100 lbs. I have also owned and worked with dog-reactive dogs and can respond to their needs effectively.

Liz is an incredible pet parent and treats all pets as if they are her own. She will go above and beyond to care for your pet. She is extremely reliable, responsible, and has experience with medicating cats in particular. She loves the energy of walking (or running!) dogs and is extremely good at communicating as she completes tasks in her role as a pet caretaker. She's one of only a few people who I trust to love and care for my cat babies as much as I do.
