Experienced Dog Sitter
I used to own a beautiful Dachshund called Penny, but as much as I tried, she did not like the stress of city life and I could tell she would be much happier in a different home. This absolutely broke my heart but I knew it was the best thing I could do for her overall happiness. It has left a big hole in my life that I’d like to fill by helping other pups and families. I am currently office based, but work 15 min drive away so pop home for my lunch every day. I live in a house that has a garden and am also close to the woods and a local park - lots of opportunities for good dog walks. I want to support other pet parents in Southampton by taking care of their little pup whilst they have a well deserved evening/day (s) off. I can promise to follow any routine/ care instruction that your pet usually abides by. As a (ex) pet parent myself, I know the importance of your rules, training and so on. I also come from a family who also has dogs so am completely used to them ruling the roost and can't wait to give them all the love and attention that they need.

Elizabeth was great with Chusco. He's a nervous dog but she was very understanding and put him at ease straight away. He had a great day with her. I'd definitely book with her again.
Elizabeth looked after our 6 month old puppy very well, Willow had an fun time and was well looked after for the day
Elizabeth was wonderful with our little guy! She sent regular updates and photos and took wonderful care of our dog. She’s reliable and very easy to contact and made the whole experience easy and worth-free. Would would 100% leave our dog with Elizabeth again
Elizabeth looked after mine and my family’s dog Milo whilst we went on holiday for a week. She followed our care instructions to a T and we could really tell that he bonded with her whilst we were away. She regularly sent us photos and videos of what they were up to which was really great to see. Definitely recommend her as a sitter.

Schedule
I am currently office based but live 15 minutes away from home. But when looking after your pup I can pop home on my lunch break and / or request to work from home (if required). My routine is fairly simple and completely flexible. I tend to make plans up to a week in advance therefore, please feel free to drop me a message to check on my availability. If i can help, I will :)

Safety, trust & environment
I live in a three bedroom house, with my girlfriend, with access to a garden and am flexible to give your doggo to walks either in the morning, at lunch or in the evening (whatever they prefer). My girlfriend works a varied schedule so can often find herself home from as early as 4pm. But both of us absolutely LOVE dogs, and are completely used to going out on walks everyday to our local parks. We have access to a local park, sports centre and a forest within 5 minutes of our home. We love to mix it up as to which one’s we visit.
A typical day
I love to go on long walks, whilst my girlfriend likes to go on runs. Both of which we would love a furry accomplice. We spend our evenings relaxing in our home and would love to spend time playing games with your dogs as well as exercise.
