Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine. I work in hospitality with a set schedule, and I spend much of my free time at home, which gives me plenty of flexibility to care for pets. I plan my day around walks, feeding times, and playtime, and I genuinely enjoy having that built into my routine. Since my parents are also home often and love animals, there is always someone available to provide attention and supervision when needed.

In my home, I focus on creating a safe, comfortable, and relaxed environment. I follow your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible — from feeding times to walk schedules and bedtime habits. Pets get frequent walks, playtime, and lots of attention. I’m also experienced with crate-trained and non–crate-trained pets, and I’m happy to accommodate any special instructions, from medications to specific feeding methods. When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I treat the space with the same respect I show in my hospitality work. I follow your exact routine, keep things tidy, and make sure your pet feels secure in their familiar environment. I will update you with photos, notes, and anything else you need to feel comfortable while you’re away. My goal is to provide five-star care wherever your pet happens to be — in my home or in yours.

It’s really important to me that any dog I host in my home is potty trained (preferably no pee pads) and gets along well with other dogs. For cats, I ask that they are comfortable being indoors and generally gentle with their environment, as I aim to maintain a calm, safe, and well-kept space for all pets. I also love learning about each pet’s routines, preferences, and any special needs ahead of time so I can provide care that’s tailored to them. Whether it’s playtime, cuddles, grooming, or administering medications, I make sure every pet feels safe, happy, and well-cared-for during their stay.
A typical day
One of my favorite things to do with dogs that I board is take them to the dog park near my house. It's divided into two sections (one for big dogs and one for small dogs) which I love. I also enjoy walking dogs in Prospect Park, which isn’t too far from my house :) For cats, I focus on creating a calm, stress-free environment where they can feel safe and comfortable. I spend time playing, grooming, or just relaxing together, depending on what your cat enjoys. I’m happy to follow their routines closely — from feeding and litter box care to administering medications if needed. If you have any specific requests for your pup or kitty, let me know and I would be more than happy to accommodate them!

Hi everyone! I’m Elizabeth, a hospitality professional who provides five-star pet care in my spare time. After several years in the hospitality industry, I’ve learned how to anticipate needs, pay attention to detail, and deliver exceptional service — and I bring those same principles to every dog or cat I care for. I have years of experience with both cats and dogs and previously volunteered with Sean Casey Animal Rescue. I also regularly help neighbors with their pets, and I have a mini dachshund of my own who is very friendly with other animals. I’m comfortable caring for pets of all ages, sizes, and breeds, and I’ve been working with pets professionally through another app since March 2022. I live with my parents, who are also longtime pet lovers. While I will be the primary caregiver for your pet, having additional experienced adults at home simply means extra supervision, attention, and love when needed. I tailor my care to whatever makes your pet happiest. Whether your pet is crate-trained or not, energetic or senior, social or shy, I happily follow your routines and specific instructions to ensure a smooth, stress-free experience. My goal is to provide warm, attentive, and reliable care — the same level of service I aim for in hospitality — so you can feel totally confident while your pet is with me.
