Available for hourly one-on-one dog sitting service in your Airbnb or VRBO. I have a special interest in senior pets. No breed restrictions but temperament test is required. I’ve been an animal companion since childhood and grew up with pets from mice and rabbits to dogs and cats. I’ve studied positive reinforcement training so I can help practice any lessons you are working on with your animal companions. Or teach them new tricks! Dog CPR certified. Trustworthy and communicative, I will treat your critters like my own. Enjoy all breeds and backgrounds. I offer hand feeding and will administer topical, oral and injected medications. Reach out! I really liked the fact that Liz took the time to meet with me and my pet, Gypsy Jane, to gauge her personality and energy levels. It wasn't a rushed process (we had an hour long chat), it was deliberate and thoughtful. I also liked that we did a trial run via a daycare at doggy daycare to ensure there are no surprises for me or my little girl! We had such a great experience! Our dogs were so well taken care of, and it was obvious they were loved while we were away. We received lots of updates, photos, and videos throughout their stay, which gave us so much peace of mind. It was clear they were happy, comfortable, and in great hands. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. 10/10—we would absolutely book with them again and highly recommend them!
We left Mel with Elizabeth while we traveled out of state, and although we hadn’t used a boarding service in a long time, she completely exceeded our expectations. Mel can be anxious around new people, so I was a little nervous about the drop-off. Elizabeth made the transition incredibly smooth—Mel didn’t even bark! It was clear from the start that she has a natural way with dogs. Throughout our trip, Elizabeth was very communicative and sent frequent updates and photos, which gave us tremendous peace of mind. We never had to worry about how Mel was doing because we always knew he was in great hands. She was also very flexible with our pickup time, which made the end of our trip much less stressful. The best part is that Mel absolutely loves Elizabeth now. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again, and she’ll definitely be our first choice for Mel’s future boarding stays. Elizabeth saved the day when we booked tickets to a short event that would not accept our dog. She was open to caring for our dog and mindful of her needs. She saved the day and I would recommend her to any pet parent!

Schedule
I currently work from home as a bookkeeper, personal assistant/organizer and pet caregiver. I have a reliable vehicle and cell phone and pride myself on consistent communication with clients.

I will gather as much information as possible about how comfortable the pets are with new environments. I love to work on tricks and new behaviors with pups and also to love and snuggle them if that is more their speed. I currently care for two dogs and a desert tortoise in my home along. In order to board a pet at my home but it is necessary to do a temperament test to make sure that the will fit well into our other guests. I regularly do drop-in visits in clients homes. We also offer cat boarding.

A typical day
I love to play ball and do training with your pets. If the weather permits, we spend most of the day outside on the porch or in the secure yard. Otherwise, we enjoy a good snuggle.
