I've always loved animals - I grew up around them on a small farm, took a couple years of animal science schooling, and currently volunteer on the Canine Enrichment team at a local shelter. Throughout these experiences, I've helped care for all kinds of animals with all types of needs. I'm no stranger to administering medications, helping dogs settle down, and knowing when a puppy "needs to go." While my life used to be an abundance of animals, now I just live with my sweet little kitty, Chef Mac. So, don't hesitate to reach out - I have plenty of space in my home and my heart for your pet! Liz was outstanding! She really cared and connected With Ace and Flynn. She shared their adventures and made great observations about them. I really felt so comfortable leaving them in her care! Highly recommend!
Liz was amazing! In all honesty, Duck isn’t always the easiest to take care due to a small level of dog reactivity, but Liz had no issues changing some plans to accommodate him. Would recommend her to anyone and everyone. If I lived in the area, I would 100% be booking her for anytime I needed someone to care for Duck!!
This was my first time using Rover and Liz went above and beyond as Simon’s dog sitter. I received many pictures and updates every single day and there was no time lapse in her responses if I ever messaged her first. I’m not even sure Simon even missed me because of how well he was taken care of and loved on. Will most definitely be booking with Liz again and have raved about her to my friends with pets. Thank you again!!
Elizabeth was so amazing! She kept me at ease with constant updates and pictures throughout the stay. It was my first time leaving my dog in someone else’s care, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was very responsive, caring, and made me feel completely comfortable the whole time. I could tell my dog was well loved and taken care of. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy pet sitter!
Ollie stayed with Elizabeth for a week and she was awesome with him and with us: attentive, responsible, kind, and an excellent communicator. We appreciated the updates and photos and videos we received and felt at ease knowing Ollie was being well cared for while we were away. We look forward to Ollie’s next stay!

Programa
I work freelance from home - so I have tons of flexibility to work around your pet's schedule (or, your hectic schedule!). Just a few exceptions: -> I volunteer once a week at the animal shelter on Mondays from 12 to 2. This is the only hard-and-fast time that I need to be out of the home. -> I do run a morning route with other animals. This means your pet will be alone for between one to four hours per day. Otherwise, there is almost always someone in the house. -> Sundays and Mondays are marked as unavailable for default on my calendar, but that's just because I can't help during midday. - Before the appointment, we will align on expectations and your pet's daily needs. This will help us maintain a consistent routine and minimize stress to your pet. If any items seem challenging to fulfill, I'll proactively inform you of that. - If your pet will be visiting my home, they must tolerate cats. All boarding appointments will have a free Meet and Greet so we can screen for prey drive to ensure the safety of both animals. - If you're booking a boarding appointment for one dog, I might accept a boarding appointment for a second dog from a different family that is a similar size. If you'd like exclusive access to the house, please say so! - If you're booking for a cat, we will not book a new dog at the time that you reserve without your express permission. They will only stay with other cats and small animals. - While my yard is technically fenced, your dog will always be leashed and taken on walks for their safety.

Ultimately, I want your pets's typical day with me to be as close to their typical day at home -- although, maybe with a few extra walkies, more playtime, and plenty of treats to sweeten the deal. For an idea of what your dog's stay might look like, imagine this: Your pup's day will begin at least 30 minutes before their breakfast is served. We'll kick off the day with a quick walk around the block, making sure they get plenty of mental and physical stimulation. Let them sniff! After breakfast, we'll play or relax a bit (your dog's choice!) with a few bathroom breaks interspersed. About an hour before dinner, we'll go on a big walk. If your dog likes car rides and you're comfortable with it, they can enjoy a hike at the Fells, full of the most exquisite smells and sounds. If they're a bit "stranger danger" with cars (I get it), we'll take a stroll to Fellsmere Park so they can enjoy a little bit of nature. After the big walk, it's back to playing or relaxing - hopefully relaxing! We'll have one quick walk shortly after dinner, and another one right before bed. At this point, ideally both your pup and I are ready to turn in for the evening :)
