It is imperative for me to provide the best care that your pet is used too. I really want to know their typical day so I can best keep them on schedule thus lowering their anxiety. If your pet has any fears as well, please notify me at the time of booking (i.e. thunderstorms, doors closed, bigger/smaller animals, etc). By knowing their fears I can better work my schedule to ensure they are not put in a situation or next to another pet that may cause them undue stress.

A typical day with pets in my care is centered around keeping them comfortable, engaged, and following their normal routine as closely as possible. For cats boarding in my home, the day includes feeding, fresh water, litter box maintenance, and enrichment like interactive toys, window watching, and gentle play sessions. Some cats love attention and playtime, while others prefer quiet companionship, so I always adjust to their individual personality. For dogs during walks and drop-in visits, activities include structured walks, sniff time for mental stimulation, potty breaks, feeding if needed, and playtime or cuddles depending on what the dog enjoys most. Because I’m a professional pet groomer, I’m very comfortable reading pet body language and adjusting activities so pets stay relaxed and happy. My goal is always a calm, positive experience where pets feel safe and well cared for.
