I currently have a lot of free time as I took a leave of abscence from work to focus on my mental and physical health. I go on long walks daily, and would love to have a furry companion to join me.

My absplute worst fear is my indoor cats running away from home. I'm always very carefuly when I enter and exit my home, and try to keep an eye/arms reach distance at all times with my dogs when outdoors. Working with kids, I am used to having to hover very closely and reacting quickly for their safety and to preserve their dignity.

Pet care experience
I have been taking care of my cats for the past 3 years, but also grew up with a Rat Terrier and Brittney Spaniel for 10 years. I work as a Behavior Technician for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and while I am not formally trained with pets I am always open to learning more!
