We had an awesome experience with Elizabeth. This was our first time using Rover and also a first time having our dog in someone’s care other than family/friends. Elizabeth was aware of this and she made sure we were comfortable. We did a meet and greet prior to confirmation and she was prompt and spent time with me discussing all the little details. Elizabeth sent us regular timely updates and numerous pictures during the boarding period. I would highly recommend Elizabeth’s service and her dedicated approach to the entire process.
Elizabeth provided the upmost attention to my two sweethearts, Coco and Luna. Her individual care and attention to their needs gives me comfort knowing they are well looked after while in her care. I don’t feel nervous while I am away. I know they are safe and well looked over. I highly recommend Elizabeth for your fur babies.
