Availability
Pet care is a natural part of my everyday routine. I currently work two part time jobs while transitioning into a new position, so my schedule is full-time between the two. Beginning in August, I’ll be fully transitioned & back to working part time hours each week, giving me more flexibility. No matter how busy my work schedule is, I plan my day around the pets in my care. Whether it’s walks, feeding, playtime, potty breaks, medication, or simply spending quality time with them, I make sure every pet receives the attention, love, & consistency they deserve. I keep my availability up to date & only accept bookings that I know I can provide exceptional care for.

Safety, trust & environment
Safety & comfort are my top priorities when caring for pets. Before each stay, I take time to learn about a pet’s routine, personality, preferences, & any special instructions provided by their owner. When boarding in my home, I use slow, supervised introductions with resident pets & closely monitor interactions to ensure everyone is comfortable. Dogs are never left together unsupervised until I am confident they are a good fit. Crates & separate spaces are available when needed for meals, rest, or decompression. I maintain consistent feeding schedules, provide fresh water at all times, & follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible. My home is pet-friendly, & I take care to keep potentially unsafe items out of reach while providing a clean, secure environment. For drop-in visits & house sitting, I respect my clients’ homes & follow all instructions carefully. I pay close attention to feeding routines, medications, exercise needs, litter box maintenance, & home security. I also provide regular updates & photos so owners can feel confident their pets are happy, safe, & well cared for while they’re away. My goal is to make every pet feel comfortable & every owner feel at ease.

Information Elizabeth H. would like to know about your pet
Before caring for a pet, I like to learn as much as possible about their routine, personality, & preferences. The more information you can provide, the better I can make your pet feel comfortable & at home. For dogs, it’s especially helpful to know about crate training, potty routines, energy level, experience with other dogs & cats, feeding schedules, sleeping arrangements, & any behavioral quirks or anxieties. Please let me know if your dog has any history of resource guarding, separation anxiety, escaping, excessive barking, or reactivity toward people or animals. For cats, I appreciate details about feeding routines, litter box habits, favorite toys, hiding spots, medications, & how they typically interact with new people. Honesty is always appreciated. My goal is to provide the best possible experience for your pet, & having accurate information helps ensure a safe, comfortable, & successful stay for everyone involved.
A typical day
A typical day starts with morning potty breaks, breakfast, & plenty of time to settle into the day. I currently work two part time jobs while transitioning into a new position, so my schedule is carefully planned to ensure every pet receives consistent, reliable care. Beginning in August, my work hours will decrease to part time weekly, giving me even more flexibility for pet care. Throughout the day, pets enjoy supervised playtime, outdoor breaks, walks, enrichment activities, & lots of attention based on their individual energy levels & personalities. For social dogs, there are opportunities to play with resident pets & enjoy time together in a safe, supervised environment. For pets who prefer a quieter experience, I’m happy to provide one-on-one attention, cozy nap spots, & a calmer routine. I believe dogs need a healthy balance of activity & rest, so our days include both playtime & downtime. Whether that means a walk around the neighborhood, exploring the backyard, enjoying puzzle toys, or simply relaxing with the family, I aim to make each pet feel comfortable & at home. Cats receive plenty of individualized attention as well, including play sessions, treats, enrichment, brushing (if they enjoy it), & lots of affection on their terms. Every pet is different, so I tailor activities to their age, personality, & comfort level while keeping their routine as consistent as possible. I only accept bookings that fit my schedule so every pet gets the time, attention, & or care they deserve.

Structured Home For Family Dogs⭐️
Pet care experience
Hi! I’m Elizabeth, a Rover Sitter with experience caring for dogs of all sizes, ages, & personalities. My home is best suited for friendly family dogs who enjoy a structured, home-based environment. I currently have dogs & cats of my own, so I’m experienced with multi-pet households & carefully managing introductions, feeding routines, crate time, exercise, & rest periods. What sets me apart is that I treat every stay like a dog is joining our household, not just being watched. I prioritize safety, consistency, & clear communication so both pets & owners feel comfortable throughout their stay. I have experience with puppies, large breeds, crate training routines, shy dogs, & dogs who need a little extra time to settle into a new environment. I provide regular updates, photos, & individualized care while maintaining the structure that helps dogs feel secure away from home. My goal is simple: to provide a safe, calm, & loving home where your dog can relax, play, & be treated like family.

Great communication and very easy booking experience. Elizabeth took great care of my older dog during his 5 night stay! We appreciated the detailed updates and photos through his stay!

Elizabeth was great with our 3 dogs. Got plenty of feedback and photos which we love! We will be inviting Elizabeth back to stay with our fur babies again.
