Availability
Providing customized petcare for my clients is my full time job -- so I'm very present and attentive, and adjust my routine to the needs of my clients. Ideally, for house sits, I do like having the flexibility to leave for 2-4 hours at a time, but do also offer constant care (upon request) for an adjusted rate. For drop in visits, I prefer them be at least 1hr long, so I can attend to necessities (food, water, etc) and still have time for enrichment, play, affection, or whatever degree of socialization your pet wants and needs! Note: I do prioritize my repeat/established clients, and avoid overbooking myself so I can be available when needed (my profile is not always set to be found by new pet parents). That said, a few long-term elderly clients have crossed the rainbow bridge this past year, so I have the room to accept a few new clients. If you're considering my services, please do send your request as soon as you know (even if you're proactively looking to establish a new regular sitter, just make up a date and let me know in your initial message)!

I provide attentive and personalized care for pets, including multiple pets, within the comfort and familiarity of their own home. I'll want to know their routine surrounding meals (& if applicable, walks), bedtime, starting their day etc. Meet&Greets are required before booking with me, as truly understanding the needs of the pet AND their parent is vital. That includes establishing communication expectations, preferred update frequency, etc.

What they love, and what they don't! Favorite toys, places, treats, forms of play, and types of engagement & enrichment you've had success with! I will also want to know any don'ts -- for example, if your baby has trauma associated with ball caps, I want to know so I don't show up in a hat. If your doggo does not play well with others, becomes distressed around bikes or skateboards, etc, I just want to know in advance so I'm prepared and able to give them the most fun (and least stressful) adventure possible. Every pet is different, and I welcome as much info as you care to provide!
A typical day
That's largely up to their parents! There are so many lovely parks and green spaces in Portland, it's a pupper-lover's haven, and I'm happy to take a doggo in my care wherever their parents are comfortable! I'm enjoying exploring the city myself, and meeting so many people's four-legged family members, so if yours has a favorite place to go, please be sure to let me know so I can make their day!

Wonderful amazing human and pet caretaker I am so impressed with how much detail Elizabeth takes care of everything! She made Clauneck feel so welcomed and happy and he gets bad anxiety and she didn’t leave until I got home because he was anxious and she made him so happy the whole time! She made the house cleaner and the cat tree even nicer!!! She added nice touches to make my apartment even better for him a little scratching board too! 10/10 she is worth it and more I’m so happy Eli thank you for EVERYTHING I’m looking forward to future sits knowing I can work and not worry so much about how my cat is feeling while I’m working!
Elizabeth really went above and beyond caring for our pack of three dos and one cat. After the in-depth meet-and-greet, we felt completely comfortable going on our trip and leaving them in her capable hands. The communication was excellent throughout and she sent thorough updates and lots of pictures. When issues arose, she checked in with me and took care of them like I would have. Our house was left clean and organized and all our pets were happy and obviously well cared for upon our return. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and wouldn’t hesitate to have her back or recommend her to others.
