Pet care experience
With a remarkable 38 years of experience as a pet sitter, I have developed a deep and enduring bond with animals of all kinds. My journey with pets began early, and over the decades, I’ve had the privilege of caring for a wide range of animals, from the smallest kittens to the most majestic horses. Personal Pets I am the proud owner of a 9-year-old Aussiepoo named Stout, who brings joy and energy into my life every day. Throughout my life, I’ve been surrounded by both dogs and cats, providing them with loving homes and ensuring their well-being. Pet Sitting Experience My extensive pet-sitting experience encompasses: • Kittens and Adult Cats: From playful kittens to serene adult cats, I’ve cared for them all, understanding their unique needs and personalities. • Dogs of All Ages: Whether it’s energetic puppies, mature adults, or gentle seniors, I have a knack for understanding and addressing the needs of dogs at every life stage. • Birds and Horses: My care extends beyond typical household pets. I’ve also taken care of birds, ensuring their environment is stimulating and safe, and horses, providing them with the attention and exercise they require. Professional Background Years ago, I worked as a kennel assistant, where my favorite part of the job was walking the animals. This role honed my skills in managing various breeds and temperaments, and reinforced my passion for animal care. Philosophy Having always been around animals, I believe in the importance of providing them with a nurturing environment where they can thrive. My approach to pet sitting is based on patience, understanding, and a genuine love for animals. Whether it’s a daily walk, a playful interaction, or simply sitting together quietly, I strive to make every moment with them meaningful. Conclusion My lifelong dedication to animal care is a testament to my commitment to their well-being. As a pet sitter and owner, I bring a wealth of experience, compassion, and a deep understanding of animals’ needs, ensuring that every pet under my care receives the best possible attention and love. **** I work best with animals who are friendly, well-socialized, and comfortable with new people. For safety, I’m not able to host pets who have aggression or strong reactivity issues.***

Reviews
Wonderful sitter , very patient with my fur babies

Liz was exactly what we needed. I have two older pitbull mixes that can have attitudes sometimes and she was great with them. We were gone for a week and she kept us updated and spent soooo much time with them. We are so grateful for her care especially with booking last minute.
