Animals have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up with dogs at home and later adopted two cats of my own. Back in Puerto Rico, I spent years rescuing animals, nursing them back to health, and helping find them loving adoptive homes. I also have some education as a veterinary technician and volunteered with several shelters along the way. I originally dreamed of becoming a veterinarian, but realized early on that I wasn’t cut out for the medical side of things — so instead, I redirected that same passion into fostering, rescue work, and hands-on care. That experience taught me patience, compassion, and how to really read what an animal needs, skills I bring to every walk and every dog I care for today.

Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priority. When I’m in your home, I treat it with the same care and respect as I would my own — locking doors behind me, keeping outdoor time secure and supervised, and following any specific routines or instructions you leave for me. I pay close attention to each pet’s individual needs, whether that’s medication schedules, feeding times, or simply knowing their personality and what makes them feel safe. I also keep you updated with photos or messages during visits so you have peace of mind knowing your pet is happy and well cared for. My goal is always to make sure your home stays secure and your pet feels calm, loved, and comfortable the entire time you’re away.

Schedule
My schedule is very open right now, as I’m not currently working a 9-to-5 job. This means I can offer flexible availability throughout the week, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, and I’m happy to accommodate last-minute requests or changes when they come up. Whether you need a quick daily walk, an extended visit, or ongoing care while you’re away, I have the time and flexibility to make it work around your pet’s routine.
