I’m Elizabeth, 28yo, and own my own home in Rogersville TN! I have been caring for pets through Rover for over a year and love what I do! I’ve cared for dogs, cats, birds, fish, and exotics for many years in home and in shelter setting. I have also been a horse person and working on farms since childhood. I believe all pets deserve the best care and I have experience with those needing extra patience and attention.

Elizabeth was an absolute lifesaver! She was so patient with our little Parmesan while we were out of town and she warmed up to Elizabeth very quickly. She was punctual, took the time to let our pup get used to her and communicated well. We would love to use her again!
Although Finnegan has a hard time being in a new place with a new caregiver. Elizabeth was kind to him and kind to me. She assuaged my worries by sending me a picture of him every day.

Elizabeth last minute took my request to watch my brand new puppy. I really needed to work out of town after Christmas expenses. She immediately replied back and was accommodating due to this last minute decision. She sent me updates pictures and always replied immediately when I checked in. Thank you again Elizabeth for taking such good care of my Henry!
We feel sooo lucky that Elizabeth can take care of our tabbies when we’ve away. She’s very competent and she really cares.

Schedule
As a part time veterinary technician, I have availability most days of the week and will always be passionate about providing the best care possible! I do work in a clinic part time, 3 days per week, please be advised that I may work up to 8 hours in a day a pet is boarded, but often no longer than 5 hours. If your pet suffers severe anxiety at being alone, I may not be the best fit due to this, for transparency.

Safety, trust & environment
The ability to safely and comfortably keep your pet cared for in their own home or in my quiet home with individualized care and attention! Every animal is treated as an individual! I have the patience and understanding for those needing a calm and gentle approach and the energy for those that are always busy and looking for something to do. For all dog walks, a secondary slip lead will be used as a back up safety measure to the regular leash/collar/harness (washed and sanitized between pets). I have 3 fenced yards for boarded pets and doggy day care, 2 with privacy fence and the front yard is regular fencing.
Pets
A typical day
I have 3 fenced outdoor spaces for potty breaks and play, and a quiet farmette to explore on leash! If your dog enjoys play time with other dogs mine would love to assist, otherwise we are able to stay entirely separate from your pet during their visit. Species are separate at all times! My dogs and cats love each other but I do understand that is not always the case therefore any client dogs are separate from my personal cats and all client cats are separate from my personal dogs at all times!
