I'll love your dog as my own
My love of dogs began in 2022 when I moved into my current house. The family I lodge with own two adorable pugs, they stole my heart and never gave it back. Since then I've loved them as my own, taking them on nice long walks most days, mucking in and cleaning up after them and providing lots of daily snuggles on my bed. My room is their room. Plus I provide full time care when their owners go on holiday. My passion for dogs grew from there and I adore all dogs, always saying hello whenever I see one. After a redundancy last year my calling became clear. I'd been dog sitting and caring for dogs for nearly 4 years, I want to spend my whole day with dogs so making a career of it makes sense. Since joining Rover I've looked after labradors, golden retrievers, jack russells, springer spaniels, dachshunds and many others. It's truly wonderful, rewarding and fun. Getting to know every dog, their individual personalities and different characters is such a joy. As well as providing all the love and care in the world, your dog will be in safe hands, I'm conscientious and diligent in watching over them, keeping them safe and happy, making sure they're hydrated, thorough with any clean up and very communicative, I like taking photos of all our fun so you can always be assured your dog is safe and having a wonderful time. I hope you'll choose me as your next dog-sitter, I look forward to meeting you and your furry friend(s) soon.
Qualifications
Safety, trust & environment
Their safety is my number one priority. I keep a watchful eye out at all times, keeping food out of reach and doors locked, if they're out in the garden I make sure it's secure. If something breaks or spills I'll secure the dogs first then clean up thoroughly.

Elizabeth looked after our young golden retriever whilst we were away. Taco had a great time which was evident from all the lovely pictures and check-ins. Elizabeth also took good care of our house by watering our plants and keeping everything clean which was much appreciated. I would recommend for long house sitting!
Thankyou so much Elizabeth. I think this was the sixth occasion you looked after our pup Ziggy for us. He welcomes you like a best friend and loves your company and the cuddles. Your care and attention to detail; great communication, playtime and lovely walks are all much appreciated. Leaving our Springer in your care feels like such a safe pair of hands. Thanks again.
Elizabeth was wonderful with Coco! She kept me updated throughout the visit with plenty of lovely photos. I really appreciated how sensible and attentive she was, adapting the booking to make sure Coco stayed safe, cool, and comfortable in the extreme heat. Highly recommended!
Everything went very well and we received many updates and photos from Elizabeth. Looks like Foxie has made a new friend :-). Thank you Elizabeth!

I work as a writer so I'm very flexible, with lots of time to devote to your pawsome friends and can often be available at short notice.
