Safety, trust & environment
Their safety is my number one priority. I keep a watchful eye out at all times, keeping food out of reach and doors locked, if they're out in the garden I make sure it's secure. If something breaks or spills I'll secure the dogs first then clean up thoroughly.
Information Elizabeth d. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know any special requirements your dog has, things to watch out for, what they cannot eat, if they can't go on the beach, or prone to eating weeds and berries, any needs I should be aware of, if they're uncomfortable around other dogs or people or children.
A typical day
Fun is the main thing - living right near the sea and park means your doggy will have a ball, metaphorically and literally, smelling all the smells, running round the beach and seafront, plus the big parks and harbour. I'll play lots of games with them and keep them stimulated physically and mentally. Or alternatively if the dogs are chilled and just want to snuggle on the sofa, or potter round slowly then that's all good. I'm happy to let them lead me. They will receive lots of strokes, kisses, hugs and snuggles (and belly rubs too) from me no matter what.

I'll love your dog as my own
Pet care experience
My love of dogs began in 2022 when I moved into my current house. The family I lodge with own two adorable pugs, they stole my heart and never gave it back. Since then I've loved them as my own, taking them on nice long walks most days, mucking in and cleaning up after them and providing lots of daily snuggles on my bed. My room is their room. Plus I provide full time care when their owners go on holiday. I love all dogs. I bartend part time in a dog friendly pub and shower affection on all our doggy visitors. Every dog from Rotties and Boxers to tiny little Daschund's and Chihuahua's. After a redundancy last year my calling became clear. I've been dog sitting and caring for dogs for nearly 4 years, I want to spend my whole day with dogs (to be honest I prefer dogs to humans) so making a career of it makes sense. As well as providing all the love and care in the world, your dog will be in safe hands, I'm conscientious and diligent in watching over them, keeping them safe from food and weeds, keeping them hydrated, thorough with all the clean up and very communicative, I like taking photos of all our fun so you can always be assured your dog is safe and having a wonderful time. I hope you'll choose me as your next dog-sitter, I look forward to meeting you and your furry friend soon.
Reviews

Elizabeth is lovely and very attentive to my dog Doug, I highly recommend her for dog sitting and walking! Would use again!

Elizabeth looked after our dog Lola for 6 nights during the recent heatwave . She met Lola a couple of times before the housesit and they became comfortable with each other very quickly. She was very diligent - keeping us updated and asking questions if she was unsure of anything. She made sure Lola was well hydrated and adapted her schedule to go for walks later in the day because of the heat. We came back to a very happy dog! Elizabeth also looked after the house well and kept our outdoor plants alive! I would recommend Elizabeth as a caring and conscientious dog sitter.

100% recommendation. Elizabeth is very professional, went out of her way to visit and meet us and Ziggy the day before our last minute booking. She took time to find out about Ziggy and has a warm and friendly manner which helped us all feel happy leaving Ziggy in her charge. They went on a very long walk and Elizabeth sent lots of pics and updates through the evening. Very pleased indeed, thanks Elizabeth, see you again for our second booking this evening. 😊

I have used Elizabeth several times now to look after Angus for the day when I'm in the office and Angus loves her. She really does look after him extremely well and sends me lots of updates on their adventures together. Elizabeth made extra effort to find out all about Angus before her first sit and arranged a pre-meet which put us all at ease. I'd highly recommended Elizabeth and she is my go to regular sitter.
