A typical day
A typical day with me is tailored to your dog’s energy level, personality, and routine. For more active dogs, that might mean longer walks on local trails, sniff-focused walks, and playtime to keep them mentally and physically engaged. For lower-energy or senior dogs, I keep things slower and more relaxed, with shorter walks and plenty of downtime. I focus on safe, structured outings and always prioritize your dog’s comfort and routine. I’m happy to reinforce basic training, practice good leash manners, and provide enrichment through play, exploration, and attention. I’ll also keep you updated with photos and notes so you always know how your dog is doing.

Pet care experience
I have 5–6 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs, including senior dogs who need a little extra patience and attention. I recently helped care for my husband’s family dog, Cooper, as he entered his senior years; adjusting to slower walks, joint issues, and a more relaxed routine. That experience taught me how important it is to meet each dog exactly where they’re at. I’m comfortable with daily walks, feeding, basic grooming, playtime, and reinforcing simple training and good leash manners. I’m especially mindful of dogs who may be anxious, aging, or need a calmer approach.
