We had an amazing experience with The Pooch House. Leaving Bailey and Sunny with someone for the first time made us a bit anxious, but Elizabeth really came through! She provided us with frequent videos and messages that helped calm our nerves. Seeing all those smiles and how patient she was with our little guy was so comforting. We're thrilled to have found someone who treated our boys like family. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be using The Pooch House again.

Stella spent the weekend with Eli & the pooch house family & she had such a blast! It was great peace of mind to know that our baby was being so well taken care of. We were kept up to date with lots of pictures & videos. Honestly, Stella was a bit depressed when she came back home.. I think she was missing her new friends ! Thank you guys for loving on her while we were away. She will definitely be back!

I left my 7 month old puppy Sprocket with Elizabeth and I'll be honest, I was concerned that after a week away from home, he would return with some behavioral issues and revert to making messes in the house. I'm glad to say that Sprocket came home happy and behaving like his normal self. Elizabeth did a wonderful job of keeping me updated with daily photos and texts and she reached out to me with any questions to make sure Sprocket stayed on his usual schedule and felt as much at home as possible. This is my first time leaving a pet with someone other than family and overall the experience was positive and seamless. I have no reservations about leaving Sprocket with Elizabeth the next time my family takes a vacation.
