Respect&Care like family
I’ve taken care of dogs ever since my teenage years. Whether it was taking a friends pup in, or catering to my own dog, a dogs well being is always my priority. Apart from regular daily walks, I have a passion for spending quality and interactive time with pups as they deserve it. I also love sightseeing and taking my dog on trail hikes when it’s warm out.

Ratings and reviews
Unfortunately, Elizabeth/Ellie’s dog bit my dog on the first day of his boarding during the Xmas holiday. This was our first time using Rover for boarding. I have a very anxious rescue dog (he shakes/trembles and retreats when scared) so we pick care for him very carefully and do not board if we can avoid it. The meet and greet went fine, but Ellie did let me know that her dog was bitten recently by a different dog. Clearly, her dog was impacted more than she realized because he was aggressive and bit my dog. If it wasn’t a bite around the eye, it would not have been as serious (health wise) of an issue. I normally don’t leave reviews, but want to make sure others are aware that this issue happened. It also would have been a lot less weird had she not blocked me on the platform since completing the booking. If we were not out of state, we would have picked him up after immediately after the incident happened but literally after we landed and were leaving the airport at our destination, I received the call. My dog has been, of course, acting very out of character since the incident and his anxiety levels are even higher and I can’t even communicate with her to see more details around my dogs behavior and activity during the boarding period after the attack, i.e. if my dog was able to eat his special treat that he loves, if he ate the extra wet food or not that we provided with his kibble. I understand it was the holidays but you would think that especially after an incident, we would get the morning and evening updates in a timely manner that she says she normally provides owners about their pets in her care. The whole thing has been just a very strange encounter. With our approval, she did take our dog to the vet to get checked out and I will say I am glad she was there for him during that process. Our dog was given meds that she had to administer for the pain and to avoid swelling and infection, 2-3 times a day with food. Because of my dog’s anxiety after that first day, he wasn’t eating regularly. I learned that meant she wasn’t giving my dogs his meds on-time, even 2x per day. I had to remind her that he has to take the meds to prevent infection and it can’t just be left in his bowl if he’s not eating. I had to suggest and request her help to give the meds orally so he wasn’t missing out on recovery. Ellie did promise that she would keep my dog and her dog separated for the remainder of the day, but my gut tells me this means he was downstairs alone most of the time completely by himself. She said and that her dog has been reprimanded, and they “might” consider him wearing a muzzle in the future, but who knows so I’m leaving this review for other future pet owners.

Charlie & Lola had a great time staying with Elizabeth. We got daily updates and photos. Thanks for taking such good care of them!

We are so grateful for Elizabeth and her fiancé—they did an amazing job taking care of our puppy, and we’ll definitely be using their services again in the future! We don’t usually travel without our puppy because we’re always worried about the care he’ll receive, but after meeting Elizabeth, we felt completely confident leaving him in her hands. Elizabeth has such a warm and welcoming personality, and it’s clear she loves both people and pets. It felt like she truly connected with our puppy. Her friendly and caring approach put our minds at ease—we knew Maui was in good hands. She was so communicative, sending us multiple text updates a day and responding quickly to all our messages. We absolutely loved getting pictures and videos of Maui during the day—it was a highlight for us! Elizabeth really understood our concerns about being away from our puppy. She made us feel like he was getting all the love and attention he needed. Even when I needed to drop off our puppy a little earlier and pick him up later than planned, Elizabeth was super understanding and flexible. She has her own pet, which was great for Maui, and between her and her fiancé, they played with him and took him on walks—he’s full of energy, and they kept him entertained! When I picked him up, he was so excited to see me, but also eager to show me his new friends. We couldn’t be happier with the care Maui received, and we’re excited to have found someone so wonderful who truly cares about pets. Thank you, Elizabeth!

Elizabeth was absolutely awesome. She sent me regular updates on my pup so I had one less concern while I was away. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she is doing with a lot of passion for our furry family members. She had even gone out of her way to buy my pup food he would enjoy to mix in his kibble since wasn't eating. 10/10 would recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter. Definitely will be connecting with her again for any future needs. 🙏🙏🙏

Elizabeth has been great taking care of Kitt. He always comes back looking healthy and happy after spending time at hers.

Elizabeth took amazing care of Nymeria and she kept me posted throughout the entire stay. It was wonderful to feel at peace during vacation knowing my baby was safe and happy spending time at a loving home. Overall superb experience!!!!

Schedule
I currently work from home part-time, so taking up to two dogs per day is perfect for me and fits my schedule. I’m also an early bird find it very convenient to stay on routine.

Safety, trust & environment
I have one friendly male neutered dog who is always happy to make new friends and keep your fur baby company. We go on a couple walks per day and have a blast trying to learn new tricks. If you prefer for the dog to be crated for a certain number of hours I am happy to accommodate that, I am relatively comfortable with my own dog on my furniture but can absolutely adapt to any routine your fur baby does and goes by.

A typical day
I love to take care of dogs mentally and physically. We’ll start off our day with a feeding if needed followed by a small bathroom break outside. Within a couple hours we’ll be out an about for some play time. Coming back we’ll cool down freshen up with some water and let the fur baby’s have some down time or nap time.
