🐾 I am a former Veterinary technician who maintains knowledge and updated care practices by volunteering at the humane society and caring for my own pets. I am currently a business professional with an immense amount of respect for others. My desire to care for animals has always been strong and I love the opportunity to care for pets as often as possible. 🐾 Building long-term relationships with you and your pets are always the ideal situation for me. I believe that my past experience as a technician enhances my interactions with your pets and helps to identify things that you as the "pet parent" might need to know. My rates are reflective of this knowledge along with the level of tenured care provided to your pets. 🐾 PRIVACY STATEMENT: With today’s home monitoring technology we all have the luxury of being able to see our homes and pets alike when we are not home. How great is that??!! I have several cameras located indoors and outdoors of my home. My number one goal as a house-sitter is to help you better enjoy your time away by knowing that your pets and home are taken care of; I am glad that technology can help aide with this progression. Unfortunately, with the availability of these commodities I have encountered some very intrusive behaviors in the many years I have been pet/house-sitting. I kindly ask that the location of all cameras and other recording devices be disclosed prior to my visit. For house-sitting bookings, any cameras or recording devices located in bedrooms or bathrooms will need to be removed for the duration of my stay. 🐾 Additionally, I ask that you disclose any visitors that may be accessing your home while I am on-site. Unannounced visits from friends or family members while I am at your home, or away from the home but still engaged in a house-sitting stay, is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. Please understand this is for my safety. 🐾 I care for pets and homes alike with an extremely high level of integrity and transparent communication. My expected schedule for the duration of my stay will be disclosed during our booking conversation and/or Meet & Greet. If you see me leave your home for these routine activities and feel the need to immediately ask when I will return, this is most likely not a positive pet-parent & pet-sitter match. If you see me up late watching TV and feel the need to ask when I will be heading to bed, this is most likely not a positive pet-parent & pet-sitter match. 🐾 I have a very high level of respect for my client's property, pets, and privacy. I expect the same in return. Any violations of what I have described above will result in the immediate termination of services and alternate arrangements will need to be made.
