Pet care experience

They'll know they're loved!

I worked as a dog walker/sitter for years before becoming a paramedic, and now a therapist. Outside of work, I have lived with pets for my entire life. I have experience caring for senior dogs and feel comfortable providing special care. Since becoming a therapist, I have grown even more invested in creating a sense of safety and comfort for animals, as their nervous systems need to be soothed just as much as ours!

Safety, trust & environment

I emphasize balanced enrichment and connection. I have a dog-friendly third story walk-up and a great neighborhood for walking. I also feel very comfortable staying at pets' homes so they can have that safety of their own bed!

She was great with the pups and they were calm and happy when we got home! Thank you!

Beth was great! Her calm demeanor instantly put our normally hyper pup at ease. She was very communicative throughout the weekend, took our pup on many walks, and our house was probably more tidy than when we left it. We look forward to booking with her again.

The perfect companion for Gigi while we were away. Caring, communicative, and convenient — thank you so much and see you again sometime soon!

Elizabeth has watched our Miniature Goldendoodle, and proved herself to be the perfect pet caregiver. Our Tucker had gone through extensive surgeries for ACL tears. Associated aftercare was both extensive and complicated. Elizabeth was responsive to his needs, but also sensitive to the requirements dictated by the veterinarian and us. She proved to be patient and loving.

What do they love and what do they hate? Do they like cuddles or prefer their space? I really like to know any specific anxieties or fears, especially if not typical, so I don't unknowingly put them in an uncomfortable situation. It's also helpful to have a heads up about any quirks or habits so I can set them up for success.
