I have had pets my entire life. I absolutely love animals and I understand that pets are part of the family. No rules about staying off furniture or beds in our house! I currently have a sweet, senior, dachshund mix. He gets along great with other dogs. I work as a teacher, so I am home evenings and weekends. I am also home over most holiday breaks and all summer! I am kind, patient, and active. We live right off a walking trail that I walk my dog on every day. I will treat your pet as if it was my own. I can assure your pet will get lots of love, attention, and outdoor time. I can provide references of other pet owners I have worked for if requested. I can't wait to meet your sweet pet!

Elizabeth was incredibly kind and our dog had a wonderful experience. ❤️ She shared darling photos of Otis on a walk, playing and relaxing. We will definitely use Elizabeth in the future.
I cannot say enough good things about Elizabeth. I used to feel anxious when I left Lily (King Charles Cavalier) or tried to board her at a kennel. I now can enjoy a short trip and not worry when she is in Elizabeth’s care. Elizabeth and her pup, Louie treat Lily as if she is part of their family. I love that! I also like that she only takes 2 pets at a time.
This is the first time I have left Bella with anybody outside of family. I was very nervous about leaving her. I took her over for a meet and greet before leaving. Usually she won't leave my side but with Liz she felt comfortable enough to leave me and go exploring. When I took her over to stay she went up to the front door like she lived there. She seemed to have a good time with Louie (Liz's dog). I plan on using Liz if I go in any other trips that Bella can't go on. I am very pleased with the care Bella had at Liz's. To be honest I wasn't sure Bella would want to come home she had that great of a time.
First time ever to leave our 3 yr old golden doodle. Elizabeth was wonderful. She walked her twice daily and sent pics and updates every day. We never worried once during our 4 day trip. Rebooked her immediately for our next one.
This was our first time leaving our dog with Elizabeth but it won’t be the last. She was great!! She sent lots of pictures and daily updates, and I could tell our dog was happy and comfortable with her. He was excited to see us at pick up, but he didn’t come home with the normal anxiety he usually shows after staying with a sitter. That told me everything I needed to know. So glad to have found her and she will be our #1 choice from now on.
Took very good care of my old man and was super communicative!

Schedule
During the school year I am home by 4:00. I am off work all summer and during other school breaks like spring break, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Daily walks on the nature trail by my house (weather permitting), a large fenced yard to play in, and a selection of toys to play with. And of course, lots of petting and snuggling!
