Animal Lover Artist, Home Full-Time

I'm a lifelong animal lover with plenty of experience! I've always had pets in my life, and believe spending time with them is therapeutic. I’ve had many dogs (large and small), including very energetic border collies, as well as lap dogs and cats. I've also had pet rabbits, hamsters, chameleons, fish and tree frogs, and I've even rescued 6 squirrels. I have several years of experience dog-sitting, including over-nights for several weeks with multiple large dogs at a time. I love nature, hiking and running and would love to take your dog with me to explore the outdoors! I will give your pet lots of love and affection and treat them like my own! If your pet has any special needs, please let me know. I am very trustworthy, reliable, responsible and communicative. I earned my bachelor's degree in both Art Education and Psychology. I'm a former teacher, nanny and Behavioral Health Technician. Currently I'm a self-employed professional watercolor artist. When you book with me, you are also supporting a working artist. NOTE: * I charge $30 for Meet and Greets to cover my time and travel. * If the rates listed on my profile don't work for you, please let me know and I'll see if I can accommodate your budget. * I have a sweet border collie named Morris who is very friendly and loves to play with other dogs! He is a social, submissive, energetic, and playful pup. He has loved every dog and person he's ever met and has never shown any signs of aggression. For the safety and comfort of your dog and mine, I only accept friendly, well-socialized dogs.

Elizabeth is an excellent pet host. My Britany, Juno was comfortable with her from the first moment. Liz was engaging with Juno, going on walks or just letting him roam and play. Over a three day period, Liz was flexible with our schedule and even took Juno to her house one day to play with her dog. She sent me photos of his happiness and activity each session. He was happy and I am too!

Elizabeth is my daughter and has always had a great love for pets! She grew up with pets her whole life and gave every pet she owned great love and attention! She just lost her Border Collie, Newman, because of age related issues and was the very best "mom" to her own pet! She has such a caring, tender and gracious heart when it comes to pets! I have always considered Elizabeth a very sensitive, beautiful person! I would highly recommend Elizabeth to care for your pet! Lisa W.

Liz is great with dogs. She provided long term overnight and daycare for our aussie shepherd and he always came back healthy and happy. Very trustworthy and sweet with our pup. Highly recommended by us and our dog!
