I am currently not working full time and have plenty of time to play with, walk, feed and spend time with your fur-kids. I am available after 2pm on Sundays as I volunteer at the Oakland Zoo from 8-12, and have an open schedule M-Sa.

Please let me know all of the quirks and special qualities that your pet/pets have. I have a pet stroller if your animal has a hard time walking and would love to take it on an outing (I walk my rabbit in it sometimes ;)
A typical day
I love to take my dog to a new area for walks and am always keeping an eye out for shaded areas to take him on hot days. I rotate the places that I take him so he always has lots of different areas to investigate.

Greetings, I currently have 1 small dog and a rabbit and can't think of a better way to earn a little extra money. I have over 30 (combined) years of dog ownership and fostering, as well as zoo keeping experience. I've worked at the Indianapolis Zoo, the Lincoln Park Zoo in Chicago and have volunteered at both the SF Children's Zoo and Oakland Zoo's California Trail. I am certainly available to care for any additional small animals, or farm animals, that you may have! I am currently available all days of the week and would love to help out with any animal care needs that you have. I look forward to hearing from you and thank you for your consideration. Liz

This is my second time booking with Elizabeth. She takes such good care of Yogi and makes sure she follows the feeding instructions esp because Yogi’s gut is sensitive. She also sends pictures and updates periodically which is so nice!
Elizabeth took excellent care of Yogi. She sent regular pictures and videos, which made me feel completely at ease knowing he was well cared for. She truly went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and warm, and it’s clear she genuinely loves dogs. I would absolutely trust her with Yogi again and highly recommend her. 🐾
Elizabeth was incredible to my dog while I was away. She kept me informed how she was doing and sent pictures of her so I could see how happy she was! I will definitely ask Liz to watch my dog next time I go out of town.
Liz is so great! She’s warm and friendly and adores animals! She was patient and kind with our somewhat nervous dog and our dog was able to warm up to her. I’ll definitely use her again!
