over the past couple of years i’ve been caring for dogs through house sitting and daily routines, including through trusted housesitters. i tend to pick up quickly on what each dog needs to feel comfortable and settled. i’m very attentive and don’t rush through walks. i’ve also handled more involved feeding routines — including preparing fresh meals — so i’m detail-oriented and reliable when it comes to following specific instructions. i’m most comfortable with dogs who have a basic level of leash training and respond well to guidance, and i bring a calm, steady presence to every walk.

when caring for dogs on walks, i prioritize clear communication and pay close attention to surroundings — including other dogs, traffic, and anything that could cause stress or distraction. i follow any instructions closely and i’d absolutely be respectful of your space and make sure your dog is returned safely and settled after each walk.

I’ve known Elizabeth (Liz) for many, many years, she is a very caring and trusted individual. My own dog can be shy and a little nervous around new people but when he met Liz he instantly fell in love, without hesitation. I’ve always known my dog would be well looked after under her care and supervision. We love Liz!
I had the pleasure of having Elizabeth (Liz) dog sit for my Havapoo Scout recently. I would only leave my precious pup with someone that I totally trusted, and who Scout loved. She had come to me highly recommended and I was not disappointed. I would absolutely have Liz back next time I need a dog sitter!
