Eliza was responsive and respectful of our home, and our dogs were well cared for when she was present. We appreciated her updates and willingness to help. She also looked after our plants and bearded dragon while we were away. There were a few miscommunications around expectations — especially regarding how long the dogs were left alone. With clearer upfront agreement on scheduling, Eliza would be a good fit for most pet owners!

Eliza took great care of our dogs and was respectful of our home. She was responsive whenever we reached out and stayed over for the majority of the weekend, which we appreciated. There was one day the dogs were left alone a bit longer than we’re typically comfortable with, but aside from that, everything went smoothly. We think with clearer communication on scheduling upfront, this will be a great fit moving forward.

I appreciate that Eliza was available, but I had a disappointing experience. Communication was minimal—I had to ask for basic updates like whether my cat had been fed, and she only sent photos once without my prompting. I had also clearly communicated that Finn has a history of urinary crystals and needs his litter box cleaned daily. When I returned, it was clear it hadn’t been cleaned in days. Without a camera at home, I can’t speak to how much time she actually spent with him, but I didn’t feel confident that he was being well cared for. I wouldn’t book again.

Excellent care for Addie and Smudge - will most definitely use Eliza again!

This was our third time with Eliza and once again came home to a happy dog. There was a mix up on the times but that had to do with the timing on the app… Eliza was very communicative and first and foremost always had Max’s well being in mind to make sure he was taken care of.

Very disappointed with the service.I booked a home sitting service and the whole three days she was aippoawd to be at my house. She was actually there less than 2hr in total without counting the 6 hrs spent sleeping over night on the first day. This was my 3rd time booking with her. While I did leave a good review in the past I had some reservations but overlooked them and didn’t say anything because I thought it was more due to me being very obsessive and anxious when it comes to my fur baby. But NO I should have listen to my gut and not re book. If I pay for a home sitting experience is because I want my Luna to have company for most of the day. you should not accept the booking knowing that you will barely be at the house. I could have selected a drop in for all that. Luna was home alone almost 12 Hrs 2 days in a row. Would have been 3 but I found someone else to drop In for me- I clearly selected that 4 hrs is her max alone time - you said you had an exam and that’s why you could not respond to my messages asking when you’d be at the house on day 1. Fine. The exam was not news to you and should have been kept into consideration when you accepted the booking. I requested for a 11am arrival you didn’t show up till after 8:30pm. I had to get my neighbour to go feed her and stressing while on vacation. The second day you were there maybe 30min out of the whole day?? Said you’d be back for the night and never showed up. So another 10+ home alone for my dog. Luna has a routine and I left very clear and concise written instructions with feeding time etc. but you couldn’t feed her at her feeding time either day. Again if not available don’t accept the booking. Lastly in my note i clearly stated she was on restricted activity due to her eye surgery and no walks needed. And yet you walked her both days. I had to find someone else to do a drop in for me because of your unprofessionalism and lack of care. Leaving a dog home alone for 10+ hrs if far from caring for them. Safe to say i wont be booking again
