I can't wait to meet your adorable animals! I work from home and have a lot of flexibility in my day. I love taking breaks from the screen to spend some time walking and caring for dogs, cats, and other pets. IMPORTANT NOTE FOR ALL SERVICES: We have two young kids (3- and 6-years old). If your dog might be reactive to them running past them, loud noises, or hugs from little kids, we are not the right fit. We have a zero tolerance policy for aggressive or reactive behavior. We also have cats who are good at minding their own business and making themselves scarce so they won’t be an issue unless a dog is aggressive or chasing after them. That being said, we get a lot of joy from caring for dogs and cats who are a good fit for our family, and we hope that describes you! Read below for details on each service we offer. BOARDING: We live on just over 2 acres with plenty of walking trails in the surrounding neighborhood. Your pup will have free rein of our house and can sleep wherever they are most comfortable. They will be a member of our family while they are with us! DOG WALKS: I am happy to take energetic young dogs on a run, older dogs on a slow stroll, or anything in between. I can do 30- or 60-minute walks. DROP IN VISITS FOR ANY PETS: If you need someone to do a 30- or 60-minute checkin on your dog, cat, fish, bird, etc., this usually includes a walk or time playing in the yard if you have one, but also typically includes providing food and water, medicine, etc. DAYCARE: I also offer daycare at your home or ours if you need company for your dog (or other pet!) for longer than a 30- or 60-minute checkin. The price for daycare includes up to 8 hours (with no more than an hour break at a time), letting out into the yard, and providing food and water. Please book walk(s) separately if needed during the day. In my time dog sitting, I have taken care of Chihuahuas, Great Danes, German Shepherds, Pit Bulls, Bull Dogs, Poodles, Corgis, Retrievers, Labs, Mixed Breeds, fish, lizards, and more. I also have experience caring for dogs who take medicine, have lease aggression, and even deaf dogs. Please message me with any questions!
