I’m currently employed as an independently contracted mental health therapist and have availability during the weekdays and weekends as I build up a full case load. I would love to fill this time with dog walking and other pet care, if I can!

My schedule is fairly flexible so I can be available to check in/care for dogs during normal business hours. I’m also open to staying overnight at clients’ homes to meet the needs of their dog if necessary!

A typical day
I know it can be hard to leave your pet with someone, so my goal is always to maintain your pets typical routine as much as possible. It’s also important to me to build lasting bonds with the pets I care for. I always ensure we’re able to spend time outside, go for walks, and/or play indoors. If there’s anything specific your pet enjoys doing, I’m happy to incorporate that, as well!

I’ve been an animal lover my whole life and have been pet sitting for 13 years. I grew up with Newfoundlands at home so I have lots of experience caring for and walking doggies of all sizes! I also have ample experience with dogs that have specific, special, or advanced needs, as well as a wide range of personalities and temperaments.

Eliza has always been my go-to when I need help watching my cat! She actually spends time with my cat, plays and cuddles with her, and sends me updates on how she’s doing. I don’t like when I have to leave my cat, but I know if I have Eliza watching her she’s in great hands!! She’s reliable, responsible, and genuinely loves pets: What more could you ask for?
Eliza has watched my cat several times before and she was great! She is very considerate and took care of everything my cat needed, which is tough because he can be a bit of a terror. Highly Recommend!
