Hi, I’m Eliza! I’m 23 and currently completing my Master’s degree in Amsterdam alongside caring for and walking dogs. Dogs have always been a huge part of my life, and I genuinely love spending time with them, whether that’s long walks, playtime, or simply keeping them company. What sets me apart is how attentive, calm, and reliable I am with every dog in my care. I take the trust owners place in me very seriously and always prioritise safety, routine, and each dog’s individual needs. My calm and patient approach helps dogs feel relaxed and comfortable, even if they’re shy or adjusting to a new sitter. I have hands-on experience caring for both small and large breeds of all ages, and I’m confident managing different energy levels, temperaments, and walking styles. I also have two dogs of my own in London (Lyra and Santi), so I’m very familiar with daily care, exercise, feeding routines, and recognising changes in behaviour. My goal is always to make sure dogs feel safe, happy, and well-cared-for, while giving owners complete peace of mind.

Safety, trust & environment
I provide walks and drop-ins exclusively in my clients’ homes, so pets can stay in a familiar and comfortable environment. I follow owners’ instructions carefully regarding routines, feeding, walking preferences, and house rules, as consistency is really important for pets’ wellbeing. Safety is always my top priority. I make sure dogs are securely leashed before walks, avoid unsafe areas, and adjust walk length and pace to suit each dog’s age, energy level, and needs. During drop-ins, I check that pets have fresh water, are comfortable, and are behaving normally, and I always take time to give them attention and reassurance. I treat every home with respect, making sure doors and gates are secure before I leave. I also keep owners updated with messages and photos for peace of mind. I take the trust placed in me very seriously and aim to create a calm, safe, and positive experience for every pet in my care.

Schedule
Pet care fits very naturally into my daily and weekly routine. I’m currently writing my Master’s thesis, which gives me a very flexible schedule and allows me to plan my days around walks, drop-ins, and sitting. This means I’m available at different times of day and can be consistent and reliable with bookings.
