Pet care experience
I owned one cat and one dog growing up, and pet-sat for multiple friends and family. I have experience pet sitting Chihuahuas, Schipperkes, Shiba-Inus, Papillions, Beagle/Lab mixes, Tabby cats, and Calico cats. I have an undying love for animals and will care for pets as my own family. I feel they deserve the best and it makes me smile to see them happy.

Elissa is fantastic and so great with my older dog!
Elissa was so great when she house sat for us to watch our cat and dog. She sent plenty of updates and made sure she had all the information she needed, like double checking the feeding schedule and making sure there were no medications to administer. Will definitely see if she’s available the next time we need help with the pets!
We were so glad to have found such a caring and communicative sitter for our dogs. It is never easy going away and leaving an elderly nervous dog in the care of a stranger, but Elissa did a great job and we were able to relax and enjoy our vacation. The dogs were fine and we came home to a clean and tidy house. Would definitely and use Elissa again.

I keep a close eye on pets to make sure they're comfortable and happy. If I notice any odd behaviors like unusual panting or lethargy I try to solution those right away (ex. giving some water, going for a fun walk!)

Availability
Pet care is integrated into my daily routine. I have the luxury of working from home, so the pets are always under my watch and care. Walks are routine and a win-win since I also want to improve my health by walking!
