Your fur-child will be loved!
My cover photo is Glacier - he's my fur-child that I adopted at the shelter 10 years ago when he was just a puppy. From my years of experience with Glacier, Ginger, my dog of 17 years prior, and more, I have extensive experience with all ages, breeds & sizes. Your pet will stay in a spacious townhome minutes away from parks & the seawall. I am responsible & trustworthy - my friends and family entrust their pets to me when they go away as I understand the importance of positive reinforcement, socializing, maintaining routines, exercising and providing endless amounts of cuddles and love. Your fur-child will receive the same! Simply share your dog's needs and I will adapt accordingly. Dog Boarding FYIs: - To ensure you fur-child receives optimal attention, I only board one dog at a time (unless one owner with two dogs) - I work from home part-time. - Depending on needs, your fur-child will generally receive a minimum of 3-4 walks/day with a minimum of 30 min per walk on weekdays. (For senior dogs, I increase the frequency of walks with a shorter duration). - During the weekends, we will enjoy exploring beaches and trails! Most common areas are Pacific Spirit, Spanish Banks & Hadden Park. That said, if your dog has a special location, just let me know. I know how important your fur-child is, so please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions!

Safety, trust & environment
Dogs are permitted on the furniture and taken out at least 3 times a day. As I work part-time from home, I can also accommodate any special requests.

Elissa was wonderful! I was so grateful she filled in last minute for 3 weeks worth of walks and was able to navigate my leash reactive rescue dogs. She was communicative and very respectful, going above and beyond. I will definitely be reaching out to her in the future and highly recommend!
Elissa was great! I needed a dog walker for a last minute emergency and I was lucky to find Elissa. For a week she arrived punctually, communicated well, and took great care of my dogs. She made astute observations and asked pertinent questions about their behaviour, and their preferences. She went above and beyond the allotted walking time I had scheduked. The dogs were happy and calm when I got home from work. I will definitely ask for her again when if I lose my regular walker. Thank you so much Elissa!
Amazing - the best care i could ever hope for!
Elissa is a dog lover thru and thru. Angus was looked after and he had all the attention and exercise that he needed. We unreservedly recommend Elissa.
Elissa from pic up to drop off went out of her way to spoil Capone. After seeing all the adventures she took him on, I was afraid he wouldn't want to come home. Capone loved her and his new friend Glacier.
Elissa was Wsome. I felt totally comfortable leaving my blind dog for the very first time. She was very acomidating to my unique situation. I will definatly be using her again. And highly recommend her to anyone.

Schedule
A routine is important and I currently work part-time from home so your fur-baby will always be cared for and be happy and stress-free with the familiar routine.
