Pet care fits naturally into my daily life because animals are already at the center of my future. As a full-time college student working toward becoming a veterinarian, caring for pets isn’t just a side job, it’s hands on experience that strengthens my knowledge and deepens my understanding of animal behavior. I work part-time on the weekends, which keeps my weekdays flexible and open for walks, and quality time with pets. Spending time with animals is something that grounds me and genuinely brings me joy, so it never feels like “extra work.” It’s part of who I am and the career I’m building toward.

I follow your instructions closely weather it be feeding schedules, walk times, medications, crate routines, or any specific house rules you have. I take time to understand your pet’s personality so I can respond calmly and confidently, whether they’re playful, shy, high energy, or more protective. I’m respectful of your space, clean up after myself and your pet, and make sure water bowls, food areas, and yard spaces stay tidy. I provide updates so you can feel connected and reassured while you’re away. My goal is your pet feels safe and comfortable in their own home, and you feel at ease knowing they’re in steady, caring hands.

It’s important for me to know each pet’s personality, energy level, and daily routine so I can care for them in a way that feels familiar and safe. I like to understand their feeding schedule, exercise needs, medical conditions, allergies, and any medications. It also helps to know their triggers, fears, favorite toys, training cues, and how they respond to new people or other animals. The more I know about what comforts them and what excites them, the better I can keep them happy, secure, and well cared for.
A typical day
I genuinely love being active, so high energy pets are my favorite to work with. If your dog loves to run, we can go on safe, jogs or walks to really help them burn energy in a healthy way. I mix in fun training during our time together such as practicing recall, working on “sit” and “stay,” playing fetch, or even doing little agility style challenges. I also like to do scent games and quick trick sessions to keep their minds just as busy as their bodies. My goal is for your pet to come home happy, tired, and confident.

I have hands on experience with small breeds, large breeds, high energy dogs, puppies, and those who are shy or skittish.
