Do you love your pets? Well I do too! Coming from the veterinary field I see everyday how much people love their pets. I always make it my goal to make both pawrents and pets feel safe with me. I also understand animals wants and needs and make every visit fun! Which is what we all want right? Our fur babies happy! *Ask about "Walk & Train" services or select "1 hour dog walk"* *Drop ins are mostly suited for cats and elderly pets, if your dog will need a walk to go potty please select the 30 minute walk not Drop Ins.* *I will only walk the dog that is booked on Rover. Do not book 1 (one) dog and then in the messages make arrangements for 2 dogs to be walked. Both dogs must be booked, I can do back-to-back walks or same time (2 at a time) for dogs that already have good leash manners. If dogs are too unruly to be walked together, they will be walked separately. Walk & Train would be encouraged to get dogs on the same page.* Thank you! Pet care is important to me, being a registered veterinary technician, I make it a habit to always inspect pets at the beginning and end of each visit. Checking for ticks, bugs, lesions, etc. I also monitor limping, Respiratory habits, and overall behavior. I have always loved animals and dedicated the last 10 years of my life to cognitive and physical health of animals! Working in emergency, private practices, large animal and small animal hospitals. On top of that I worked with a variety of dog trainers, mastering my own skill and techniques. I can handle all sizes as well as all temperaments, having worked with everything from search & rescue to police working dogs I love them all! When pet parents are away, routine is important. After our meet & greet, and learning the household routine, I follow directions by the letter. With my experience I ensure that your pet is first and foremost safe with me as well as happy! I am able to administrator medications and treatments if necessary as well as monitor your pet while in my care. *Surgical pets* Did your pet just have surgery? At home nursing care is important in the speed and quality of surgical healing. If you're at work but need to check in on your post surgery pet, I am certified in being able to handle pets while in recovery! Photos: As a skilled hobby photographer, I know the importance of capturing a moment, especially when you're not there to see it! I always provide fun and silly pictures, so you can see how much fun your pet is having! Confirmation photos are also sent during the walk to ensure your pet has gone potty and is safe and secured when I leave! Spend your day worry and stress free knowing your pet is in the best hands!

Your pets safety is important to you, it's also important to me! From the moment I reach your home and see your pet, till the moment I lock the door and complete the session, I take caring for your pet as MY sole responsibility. I start by making sure they didn't get into mischief before I arrived, cleaning up any messes they may have made if any. During our walks, the entire world is out of our control, so I control what we can. When crossing the street, we wait for cars to pass before trying to cross, cars are in waaaaay more of a hurry than we are, let em pass. I don't allow other dogs to greet your pet, I'm sorry but I don't know the other dog, and it's not my call to test the waters. During our session we give other dogs and children a wide respectful berth. I don't allow strangers to give your pet a treat, they only get treats agreed up during our meet & greet. They are never off leash ever!! I am also a licensed veterinary technician so during our entire session I am making sure everything looks and sounds good too! Water is always provided and bowls are always filled before leaving them alone! Doors are locked and double checked when I leave and I always send photo updates at the end of our session.

First week in Baltimore and Elise has been great with both my dogs. They love her and she gives them undivided attention. Her knowledge of dog behavior and training has come in handy and she’s helping refine my leash skills with one of my dogs that pulls a lot on leash. I know they are in good hands with her.
Elise is collaborative, communicative, and amazing with my dog! Because she has so much experience with vet medical and dog training stuff, she had totally eased mine and my dog’s transition to a new city. I highly recommend her if you’re looking for more than a just a potty break walk around the block. She really cares about helping these animals become their best selves, and it’s lovely.
Elise is great with dogs, a clear communicator, and punctual. Will be using again!

Programa
I always schedule a meet & greet first, unless there is a special circumstance at which point a short notice fee applies. During the meet & greet, I will get to know you and your pet. We will agree upon a schedule and the expectations set forth. During the session: 1) I always enter a home calm while speaking to your pet, so not to startle them and ensure them they are safe. 2) I provide plenty of treats during the visit. *Special requests will be taken for each pet. 3) I check their area and make sure there have been no accidents, and if there are it is cleaned up. Cleaning supplies must be provided. 4) Your pet and I prepare for our visit! Leashing up with the equipment provided. If equipment is damaged or faulty is. Knots holding the leash together, a harness not fitted properly, instruments doing more harm than good, etc. *as a certified trainer I have safe equipment I use to ensure a dog is never loose! This ranges from nylon slip lead to a tactical collar. 5) During the visit: A) this could be a basic walk where your pet gets to walk on a loose leash and is permitted to sniff and walk at their leisure. We take breaks as needed per each pet as well. B) if the session is a Walk & Train, your pet gets 5 minutes to sniff and potty at their leisure. After that we work on a variety of things, whether it's a specific concern you have, or just cleaning up some obedience to starting foundation for a new puppy! We work while we walk, I assess your pet every step of the way. Training should always be fun for everyone involved, so your pet determines how long we train for! After working, we finish out the rest of the walk on a leisure stroll. Water is always provided when needed. 6) Leaving your pet is always bittersweet! They're happy to be home but we always have fun! I always make sure they have water available, again that their sleeping space is clean and there's nothing they can get into. Once all is secured, I bid them goodbye and lock the door behind me. **All excrement is cleaned up and disposed of. It is also inspected to ensure no parasites are seen or that their is no concerns to report.
