I am currently working a day shift on UC Davis campus but can be available after 4:30pm on weekdays and anytime works on the weekends!

I can take care of pets in a clients home by providing treats if allowed and using the environment of the clients home to entertain their pet. I won't be able to care for pets in my own because I don't have proper space, but I can walk them around the neighborhood!

Let me know if your dog has any house rules like jumping up on people or not sitting on furniture so that I can maintain the same rules under my care. I also have experience with dogs who don't want to go outside for potty breaks, so if your pet needs a little more encouragement for activities please let me know!

I would engage in play with the pet by using their toys found in the home and talking to them. For more high energy care, I would take them out for walk or help them get the zoomies out by playing tag style games or fast hand movements.

Hello! I have taken care of dogs since 2009 with various experiences with my personal pets and many other family members pets. My uncle used to be a K9 police dog trainer and has many personal pets. Through him, i've been exposed to various sizes, mentalities, and activity limits. My experiences with big dogs like Great Danes and intelligent dogs like Belgian Malinois give me the confidence to handle any pets! I also have experienced dogs that can be easily spooked and might produce scary looking body language, allowing me to handle de-escalation while respecting the pet. Overall, I have seen all types of dogs and am equipped to give your pets a fun experience!

Elise was awesome! Had no problem with our two big doodles :)
Elise did a fantastic job watching our elderly, very particular dog. He normally is very scared of strangers, and will sometimes not go outside for walks with sitters. Elise did a great job of gaining his trust and getting him out! She was very accommodating, and on time.
Elise is very responsible and punctual. She is a quick learner and has excellent common sense. She is level headed in a crisis and very kind. Elise has been an excellent pet sitter for our two dogs. She is able to meet our younger dog's high energy needs by walking him and playing with him. She is also able to cater to our older dog who is grumpy and doesn't like to go out and potty. I highly recommend Elise!!
Elise would be a great sitter. She is playful with our dogs and is always welcomed by them when she visits. Their wagging tails and excitement to "go for a walk" is always a fun time. She brushes their fur and plays catch with them for long periods of time in-between cuddling and walks. Elise is great with dogs. She's been a friend to our fur-babies for.over almost 15 years. We have two dogs (Sequoia who turned 15 & Juniper who is 5 years old) who have benefited from the care and Love Elise has shown them. Thanks for your time. Woof! -Jaime
