Very experienced with animal care!
I am currently working full time as a surgical veterinary assistant at Veterinary Referral and Critical Care. I have recently graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in Animal Science emphasizing in livestock and am a planning on going to vet school in the next year! I have experience administering medicine, bathing and grooming, trimming nails, training, and many other basic animal care practices. I have also been pet sitting for friends and families since I was 10. I am able to house sit; however, I do not spend the night in your home. Instead, I will come late at night and early in the morning, as well as throughout the day! I am able to walk your pets whatever distance is preferred. I am also able to crate pets when needed, administer medicine, give insulin injections, work on training puppies, and bathe and do nail trims for an additional cost. I am also able to care for animals other than cats and dogs and have experience with most other companion pets, along with farm animals!

Elise does an excellent job taking care of my high energy dog. She always puts me at ease with pictures and communication of his care. She is easy to work with and my dog always looks so happy in the pictures she sends.

Elise did a fantastic job stepping in last minute to look after our 2 furry friends for a week. Thank you Elise for sending daily visit pics and updates. We came home to happy dogs! We will definitely have Elise back again to take care of our crazy fur babies.

Schedule
I am currently working full time, but I am able to spend lots of time with your pets before and after work! I am able to come early in the morning, in the afternoon, and later at night! However, I am not able to stop by during the day, as my break time is limited. If your pets only need a couple stop ins a day, then I would be perfect for their care!

- I ask that you please let me know if your pet has any medical issues or physically concerns ahead of time so I can properly care for them. It is also important to me that you specify if your pets have any certain aggressions and if they get along with other people and animals. This will help me keep your pets more comfortable while I am caring for them!
