Safety, trust & environment

I treat every home and pet with full respect. I keep doors locked, spaces tidy, and follow each owner’s routine exactly. I communicate through daily updates and photos so you always know how things are going. I also use calm sound healing tones that many elderly or reactive dogs find soothing.

Information Elise C. would like to know about your pet

Please let me know of your pets specific quirks or additional social/health needs throughout their time with me. In addition, it’d be helpful to know about any specific health routine you’d like to uphold. An example would be: “Hey Elise! Milan, our Chihuahua, has been having some stomach issues for the past week please give her this probiotic. Her appetite has only allowed two meals a day and her bowel movements are a bit watery”. Also I’d love to know if there’s on going training at home :)

A typical day

It’s good to create obstacle courses for them to stay sharp & energetically. i like to keep dogs engaged and relaxed. we go on walks, play outside, or practice simple commands. I adjust the pace of routine for seniors or reactive dogs, using calm tones and sound therapy to help them feel secure. evenings are for cuddles, quiet music, and making sure they’re comfortable before bedtime.

experienced & grounded sitter

Pet care experience

🐾 About Me Hi, I’m Elise, I’m an experienced sitter with a calm, grounded presence that dogs naturally respond to. Over the years, I’ve cared for all types of dogs — from playful puppies to seniors who need gentle routines, and reactive dogs who need patience and understanding. Alongside pet care, I also practice sound healing, which I’ve found can really help calm elderly or anxious dogs during overnight stays or downtime. It’s never forced — just soft tones or bowls that create a peaceful environment if your pet is sensitive to energy or sound. My focus is always on safety, consistency, and communication. I keep pet parents updated with photos and check-ins, and I make sure each dog’s daily routine — feeding, walks, play, and rest — is respected exactly as you’d do it. I offer overnight house-sitting, drop-in visits, and walks around the East Bay area. Pets tend to feel at ease with me quickly, and I make sure your home stays tidy, cozy, and secure while you’re away. ✨ What Makes My Care Different • Experience with small, large, senior, and reactive breeds • Reliable communication + photo updates • Calm and structured environment (great for nervous dogs) • Gentle, sound-based relaxation for recovery or stress • Respect for your home and your pet’s comfort Gen Z quality check-in photos/videos! Lol!

We always trust Elise with our dog Toby! He is a chihuahua who barks at everyone in our life (even my father in law who comes over for dinner every week!) - but he never barks at Elise! He bounds up to her awaiting her affection.

Elise was great with our senior pitbull! He's normally easy, but while we were gone he had some accidents and tummy troubles. Elise updated us but dealt with it all professionally. She was very communicative, with good pictures, and she took the surprises in stride. She even took our guy out on a two-hour walk (he loves his walks, despite being older), which I really appreciated. We came back to a clean house and a happy, healthy dog. We will definitely book her again, once he forgives us for leaving this time, lol.
