Beth was great with our older boy Teddy. He’s had two short stays now and seems happy & relaxed. Will rebook in future!

Elisabeth has grown up with dogs, has her own Frenchie, and can provide a safe house in Frodsham for day care when she works from home, with ample lovely country walks available. I would thoroughly recommend her.

Schedule

Dog care is a natural part of my everyday routine, and I make sure they get the attention they deserve. Mornings start with feeding, a walk, and some playtime to kick off the day. Throughout the day, I mix in activity sessions, whether it’s more play, exercise, or a little snuggle. I stay on top of each dogs routine, from special feeding times to any meds they need. I also keep their spaces clean and cosy every week.

Safety, trust & environment

When caring for pets, whether in my home or the owner’s, I prioritise safety, trust, and a comfortable environment to ensure they feel secure and happy. Safety is always my top concern; I thoroughly pet-proof all areas, removing hazards like exposed wires, small objects, and any accessible foods that could be harmful. During walks and playtime, I supervise closely, using leashes and keeping entryways secure. Building trust is really important with both pets and their owners, so I maintain open communication and provide regular updates, complete with photos and messages, so owners feel connected and confident in their pet’s well-being. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming environment where pets feel comfortable and relaxed. I offer a clean, cosy space for rest, along with a variety of toys if they are wanting to play.

Pets

A typical day

When caring for pets, I focus on making their time away from home as enjoyable and engaging as possible. For dogs who love the outdoors, we’ll go on fun walks to explore new trails or dog-friendly parks, giving them a chance to sniff around and stretch their legs. If they’re up for it, I’ll even include a few games of fetch and tug-of-war to keep them active. For indoor time, I’ll bring out their favourite toys, and maybe a few tasty treats (with owner approval) to stimulate their minds and reward good behaviour. I’m all about tailoring activities to each pet’s unique personality and energy level, so whether it’s a cuddle session on the couch, a game of hide-and-seek, your pet will have a fun and safe time with me!
